Nicht nur musste ich 50 Minuten warten, davon 15 Minuten in einem abseitigen Zimmer ohne Information, sondern bekam trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen keine Information wann und ob der Arzt noch kommen würde. Als er dann kam und ich ihn auf diese Verspätung hingewiesen habe, meinte dieser forsch er hätte auch andere Patienten. Auf meinen Hinweis ich hätte einen Termin (der vor 50 Minuten begonnen hätte) und dafür meine Arbeit verschoben, erwiderte er noch forscher und eindeutig genervt, er würde sich nummal Zeit nehmen für seine Patienten. Als ich ihn sachlich nach dem Grund für seine Untersuchungsmethode fragte, antwortete er nun sichtlich genervt, er hätte dies „schon seit 25 Jahren so gemacht“. Dabei blickte er seine Kollegin halblächelnd an. Schließlich nahm sich Herr Dorotka 15 Minuten Zeit für meine Untersuchung und wiederholte abschließend nur den Befund des Vorarztes. Ich würde keinem empfehlen eine Behandlung bei Herrn Dorotka vorzunehmen. Schon gar nicht würde ich empfehlen diesen Fragen über die eigene Krankheit oder Behandlungsmethoden zu stellen, es sei denn Sie wünschen genervt und kurzangebunden „behandelt“ zu werden. Attention!
