★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte vor ca. 2 Monaten meine Vorsorgeuntersuchung und war sehr zufrieden. Seitdem habe sind auch meine Schwiegereltern und meine Frau Mitglied. Alle auch sehr zufrieden, da man wirklich zum vereinbarten Termin drann kommt, was für mich als Unternehmer sehr wichtig ist, da ich es mir nicht leisten kann 2 bis 3 Std. Im Warteraum zu sitzen. Für 28€ im Monat absolut klasse Service.
 Had about 2 months ago my check-up and was very satisfied. Since then my parents-in-law and my wife have also been members. All very satisfied, because you really drann on the agreed date, which is very important for me as an entrepreneur, because I can not afford 2 to 3 hours to sit in the waiting room. For 28 € a month absolutely great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super gestresste dominante und unhöfliche Abfertigung mit der Begründung man hat in ein paar Minuten einen anderen Termin !!
..ich unter Schmerzen das erste mal beim Orthopäden.. :( :(
am Empfang fragt man mich ob alles ok ist ? Weil ich mit Tränen raus bin von Frau Dr. .... ich versuche zu erklären das es schrecklich gewesen ist null Verständnis einfach eine schnelle Abfertigung .. da unterbricht mich die Dame am Empfang und sagt : aber die Fr.dr. ist so beliebt bei allen !!! Ähhhh.. was interessiert es mich ob sie beliebt ist oder nicht !

..I was in pain for the first time at the orthopedist .. :( :(
at reception they ask me if everything is ok? Because I am out of tears from Dr. .... I try to explain that it was terrible, zero understanding, just a quick check-in .. then the lady at the reception interrupts me and says: but the Fr.dr. is so popular with everyone !!! Uhhhh .. what do I care if she's popular or not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Neugeborenes war Patientin bei Frau Dr. Birgit Angermann. Die liebste Kinderärztin weit und breit! Sie war immer geduldig, freundlich, hat viel mit unserer Kleinen geredet, immer alles erklärt, hatte stets ein offenes Ohr, war sorgfältig, feinfühlig und sehr herzlich. Auch außerhalb der Ordinationszeiten war sie immer erreichbar für Notfälle bzw. wenn man Fragen hatte. Sie antwortete schnell und ausführlich. Zu den Terminen kamen wir immer pünktlich dran und durch die großzügig eingeteilten Zeitfenster teilte man sich den Warteraum mich allerhöchstens zwei anderen Patienten, was sehr angenehm ist. Leider sind wir weg gezogen und müssen ab jetzt einen neuen Kinderarzt besuchen... Am liebsten hätten wir sie mitgenommen!
Our newborn was a patient with Dr. med. Birgit Angermann. The dearest pediatrician far and wide! She was always patient, friendly, talked a lot to our little one, always explained everything, always had an open ear, was careful, sensitive and very cordial. Even outside the office hours, she was always available for emergencies or if you had questions. She answered quickly and in detail. On the dates we always arrived on time and through the generously divided time windows you shared the waiting room me at most two other patients, which is very pleasant. Unfortunately we moved away and have to visit a new pediatrician from now on ... We would have liked to take them with us!

Auch preislich für den Service den man geboten bekommt absolut zu empfehlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Vorteile von Mediclass liegen bei den normalerweise recht schnellen und flexiblen Facharztterminen, die, wenn nichts dazwischen kommt, auch pünktlich eingehalten werden. Dazu kommt ein sehr freundliches und immer bemühtes Team, das die ganze Organisation managed. Daher eine wirkliche Empfehlung und ein System, das Nachahmer finden sollte!
The advantages of Mediclass lie in the normally quick and flexible specialist appointments, which, if nothing comes in between, are kept on time. In addition, there is a very friendly and always eager team that manages the entire organization. Hence a real recommendation and a system that should be copied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Klinik/Praxis macht einen guten Eindruck und auch die Empfangsmitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Danach hatte ich leider Kontakt mit Dr. Rolf Bartowski : unfreundlich, inkompetent und ignorant. Er behandelt die Menschen wie Müll und redet alle anderen Mediziner und Leistungserbringer schlecht.
Die zwei Punkte haben ich für das nette Personal gegeben - für Dr. Bartowski hätte ich am liebsten nur negative Bewertungen abgegeben. Mir tut jeder Patient leid, der sich von diesem "Arzt" behandeln lassen muss.
The clinic / practice makes a good impression and the receptionists were friendly and courteous.
Unfortunately, after that I had contact with Dr. Rolf Bartowski: unfriendly, incompetent and ignorant. He treats people like rubbish and speaks badly to all other medical professionals and service providers.
I gave the two points for the nice staff - for Dr. Bartowski I would have loved to give only negative reviews. I feel sorry for every patient who has to be treated by this "doctor".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toll, dass sehr schnell ein Termin für meinen 2jährigen Sohn gefunden wurde, sehr Schade aber, dass wir seitens der Empfangsdame nicht zum richtigen Arzt zugewiesen wurden. Ich habe ausdrücklich nach einem Termin bei einem Kinderorthopäden gefragt, wir wurden zu einem Orthopäde eingeteilt, der nicht auf Kinder spezialisiert ist. Dieser war sehr lieb und hat meinen Sohn auch gründlich untersucht, dann aber das Aufsuchen eines Kinderorthopäden empfohlen. Ein sehr teurer Spaß. Würde nicht nochmal hingehen.
It's great that an appointment for my 2-year-old son was found very quickly, but it's a shame that the receptionist didn't assign us to the right doctor. I specifically asked for an appointment with a pediatric orthopedic surgeon, we were assigned to an orthopedic surgeon who doesn't specialize in children. He was very nice and thoroughly examined my son, but then recommended that he see a pediatric orthopaedist. A very expensive fun. Wouldn't go again.
