Kristen Karl-Heinz gegangen, habe knapp zwei Monate auf einen Termin gewartet, dabei ging es um Problem x, y und z. Nachdem ihn seine Assistentin über Problem x, y und z aufgeklärt hatte, fing er an sich Problem x anzusehen. Nach Problem x hat er sich verabschiedet, habe gefragt was wäre mit y und z? Dann hat er sich schnell y angesehen und meinte nur er sehe nichts, und hat den Raum wieder verlassen. Habe daher nicht zum dritten Mal Problem z erwähnt, da er wahrscheinlich "eh nichts gesehen hätte". Anscheinend bilde ich mir meine Schmerzen ein. Typischer Kassenarzt. Das erste und letzte Mal. Bin sehr dankbar, dass immer alles super funktioniert, Verletzungen sofort richtig diagnostiziert und behandelt werden. Großes Dankeschön!!! Der Arzt war vielleicht einige Minuten anwesend, begutachtet und weiter verwiesen .... der nächste kann schon kommen!! Die ältere Assistentin am Schalter war sehr kaotisch.. Nach einer einstündigen Fahrt aus Klosterneuburg, trotzdem ich langjähriger Patient bin, wurde mir die Behandlung verwehrt. Da ich auch kein Bargeld mithatte und somit dir Kaution für die Karte in diesem Moment nicht bezahlen konnte, bot mein Vater an die 50€ um 19 Uhr nachzubringen. Auch das wurde von den zwei reizenden Damen am Empfang abgelehnt, weil ihnen 19 Uhr zu spät erschien. Über den Herrn Doktor kann ich jedoch nichts schlechtes sagen. Die zwei Damen am Empfang gehören ausgetauscht. Today I had an appointment at 18 and unfortunately forgot my e-card. Vorab Aufnahme durch Assistentin der Herr Dr. Kristen nimmt sich selber ausreichend Zeit nach Sonographie der Achillessehne Teilruptur mit Ziste Punktion und Durchspülung erfolgt sofort. Nachbehandlungstermine sind auch in kurzer Frist möglich. Besten Dank das erste mal gehen ohne Schmerzen. Da hat sich die Wartezeit auf den Ersttermin gelohnt. Einfach Klasse ! Schindl, das war zugegebenermaßen die schlechteste Physio-Behandlung in meinem Leben. Hat sich sehr laienhaft angefühlt, kein Einfühlungsvermögen. Dr. Kristen is very empathetic and competent! Was also in the practice for physiotherapy with Mr. Schindl, which was admittedly the worst physiotherapy treatment in my life. Felt very amateurish, no empathy.

Obwohl viel los war, nahm sich Dr. Kristen Zeit um meine Beschwerden sich anzuhören, MR Bilder zu begutachten und einen Therapieplan zu erstellen. Ist für Kassenpatienten schon fast eine Rarität wenn sich ein Arzt bemüht. Ich kann die Ordination nur weiterempfehlen. Friendly and competent! Although it was busy, Dr. Kristen had time to listen to my complaints, examine MR images and create a therapy plan. Is almost a rarity for cash patients when a doctor tries. I can only recommend the ordination.
