A	Arabo Matavousi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its more than one year that I'm a patient of this clinic and its because of good specialists. But when you come in this center with an orthopedical problem, definetly you will be healed but then you have to visit a neurologist or psychologist. Here you will wait for one hour or more if everything runs good just for few minutes.
M	Mete Saatci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are incapable of making any diagnosis. After waiting for 3 hours, you will be pinched with painkillers and send you home because thats what they know. No explanation is given even if you explicitly ask for it. Another poor group that treats the symptoms but leave your problems. Add the unhappy faces and rude behaviour on top of this. It is a madhouse.
T	T B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend anybody to see Dr Sluga. It would be more or less tolerable if she was JUST rude, impolite and hostile but, on top of that, she managed to fail to be professional and showed absolutely no interest in patient's complaints. She was irritated with my questions so obviously, that I felt the urge to apologize for my questions. I've seen her twice already. I thought first time she was rude, it's just that she had a bad day or something so okay. But on my second visit, the minute she stepped into the room she was already rude and extremely irritated. So, as I said, if she were professional, examined the patient properly and explained what it was that she prescribed, I would tolerate her being rude and a disgrace to her profession, but nope! So I asked the receptionist that next time if I come I want to see the only other doc they have. so let's see :)
L	Lepakko Mies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got told on the phone that without an appointment it would be a wait, so made an appointment. Waited three weeks for the appointment, showed up in time. After 45 min from the appointment time asked if the appointment would be even more delayed and got told that there were 8 more patients in line before me and only one doctor present. No respect neither for appointments nor patients. Still respect to the receptionist, who even though was rude was so probably for the reason that she has to somehow deal with people whos appointments are HOURS late.
O	Olga Löwens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in and out within an hour. The doctor was super nice and professional and the nurse was very kind.
e	erzsébet soós on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sluga was both unwilling and incapable of making a diagnosis. She did not answer my questions and presented herself to be both unpleasant and humiliating during my appointment. I was refused a statement confirming my visit and the outcome of the diagnosis, even when I offered to pay for the document. I was sent home with a very serious injury and constant pain. Upon my visit to AKH one day later I was told I have a fracture which Dr. Sluga was unable to diagnose. The assistants informed me I should be grateful that I was even seen by a doctor at all, because I was there without an appointment which they told me earlier on the phone is no problem at all. In conclusion if you have an acute problem and arrive at this clinic to be seen by Dr. Sluga, I would recommend to get a second opinion from another doctor elsewhere.
R	Rudolf Valentin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladies from the reception were really good but the doctor and assistant were in a big rush, I asked a question the they turn their back on me. I don't doubt their experience but they have to step up and care little more about the patients instead of doing their job on a rush. I see people complaining here for waiting long time so maybe that is the reason. Anyhow I will avoid this clinic in the future.
