Doch die Schalterkräfte sind unfreundlich und gar nicht Patienten orientiert. Trotz Privat Ordi muss man um einen Termin betteln.

Very competent orthopedist and physiotherapist.
But the counter staff are unfriendly and not patient-oriented at all. Despite having private ordi you have to beg for an appointment.
