O	Olena Iazvynska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider zur Frau Dr. gar nichts sagen, da die Dame an der Rezeption mir mitgeteilt hat, dass die nächsten freien Termine erst im März sind. Dabei hat sie mich bei Bekanntgabe meines akuten Problems unterbrochen und nicht fertig angehört hat. Da ich nach Seestadt übersiedelt habe, würde ich gerne einen Arzt in der Nähe haben. Aber, da keine Bereitschaft sich überhaupt mit mehr oder weniger dringenden Fällen (keine Routine Untersuchung) zu beschäftigen gezeigt wurde, muss ich halt einen anderen Arzt suchen. Unfortunately, I can go to Dr. Say nothing at all, as the lady at the reception told me that the next available dates are only in March. She interrupted me when I announced my acute problem and didn't finish listening. Since I moved to Seestadt, I would like to have a doctor nearby. But since there was no willingness to deal with more or less urgent cases (no routine examinations) at all, I have to look for another doctor.
T	Theodor Stren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Augenarzt-Praxis. Man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben und betreut. Heller, weitläufiger Wartebereich. Sehr freundliche Ärztin, die immer versucht, alles verständlich zu erklären. Great ophthalmologist practice. You feel in good hands and looked after here. Bright, spacious waiting area. Very friendly doctor who always tries to explain everything in an understandable way.

Die überaus netten Damen am Empfang gleich auch einen gegeben, mit dem Zusatz dass man aber etwas warten müsse. Die gesamte Ordination ist sehr modern und freundlich gestaltet, vor dem Gebäude stehen Sessel damit man etwas Vitamin D tanken kann - herrlich. Wartezeit war schwer in Ordnung, beim Arzt kommen halt Wartezeiten vor, damit alle Patienten und vor allem Kinder bestmöglich bedient werden können. Die Ärztin selbst sehr effizient, überaus nett und kompetent und erklärt alles. Das Gerstenkorn wird nun mit einer Salbe behandelt und ich bin happy, dass ich nun eine gute Augenärztin konsultieren durfte/darf! Called the ordination about an acute inflammation and asked for an appointment. The very nice ladies at the reception also gave one, with the addition that you had to wait a bit. The entire ordination is very modern and friendly, there are armchairs in front of the building so that you can stock up on some vitamin D - wonderful. Waiting time was difficult to do, at the doctor there are waiting times so that all patients and especially children can be served in the best possible way. The doctor herself is very efficient, extremely nice and competent and explains everything. The stye is now treated with an ointment and I am happy that I was able to consult a good ophthalmologist!
P	Paul Knoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordination macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sehr hell sehr freundlich! Ebenso sind die Damen am Empfang ! Sehr bemüht und Kompetent. Die Termin Zeit wird so gut als möglich eingehalten. Eine Augenarzt/In welche rasch mein Problem erkannt und gut behandelte. Bei Anruf wird man als Patient- nicht in die Warteschleife geschaltet. The ordination makes a very good impression. Very bright, very friendly! The ladies are also at reception! Very hard-working and competent. The appointment time is kept as good as possible. An ophthalmologist who quickly recognized my problem and treated it well. When receiving a call, you are not put on hold as a patient.

When calling after office hours, there is only a voice message to call during office hours. But during office hours, there is no way to get past the busy signal (repetitive announcement with music). I will go elsewhere.

I called over 43 times during opening hours two days in a row before they finally were not "busy line" to get an appointment. They should really make an EMAIL/Online termin planner or a phone call-back/phone waiting line. If this is fixed = will be 5 star review.
