Bis jetzt hat immer alles toll geklappt. Wünsche werden rasch umgesetzt und hatte bis jetzt immer tolle Gespräche mit dem Inhaber. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Very competent advice and great service. Bring my bikes over regularly for service or for major modifications. So far everything has always worked out great. Fazit: wenn das nächste Service fällig ist, komme ich wieder. I was positively surprised in every respect: from acceptance to handover, everything went perfectly. The bike feels like new again. Conclusion: when the next service is due, I'll be back.

m	mister c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin jetzt schon 4 Jahre Kunde beim Doktor. In Sachen Alltagskompetenz macht ihm wohl kaum jemand was vor und nach. Höchst sachlich und vor allem EHRLICH! Nimmt durch seine aufrichtigen Tipps sogar in kauf ein bissl weniger zu "verkaufen". Gibt enthusiastisch seine Erfahrungen weiter. "Repariert" wirklich nur das, was zu reparieren ist. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend. Es ist mir jedesmal eine Freude mitm Doktor über das Radeln zu plaudern. Ich war jetzt mit meinen sehr viel genutzten X-Cross fünf oder sechmal beim Doktor für jeweils "großes" Service. Jeder Griff sitzt, jede getauschte Schraube nachvollziehbar. Ich hab mich noch nie - noch NIE - irgendwie schlecht behandelt gefühlt! ganz im Gegenteil! Daher - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! I've been a doctor's customer for 4 years now. In terms of everyday skills, hardly anyone does anything before and after. Very factual and, above all, HONEST! With his sincere tips he even takes a little less to "sell". Passes on his experiences enthusiastically. Really only "repairs" what needs to be repaired. Price / performance ratio excellent. It is always a pleasure for me to chat with the doctor about cycling. I have now been to the doctor five or six times with my very much used X-Cross for "great" service. Every handle fits, every screw that is replaced is traceable. I have never - NEVER - felt badly treated in any way! But on the contrary! Therefore - unreservedly recommended!

In addition, the fact that a staff member (owner?) stands in the entrance smoking most of the time is pretty inconsiderate, especially in this day and age. I can't comment on the quality of the bike-related products or services, but I'm not inclined to try them out, given that there are other much more customer-friendly options in the area.
