Beautifully designed shop in the Outlet Center Salzburg. Mostly friendly and competent staff. Good offer with always numerous bargains, especially at the "special days" spread over the year. Filialpascha - you better buy it at Amazon and save yourself the teachings of the unmotivated Far Eastern gwandschlachters!
A	A. Meding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben heute das O'neill Outlet besucht. Online haben wir die Info "30% auf das gesamte Sortiment" gefunden. Im Store waren dann 30% ausgeschildert. Ausgenommen Hardware, Watersuits und andere Rabatte. Nach dem Zahlen habe ich gemerkt, dass bei meiner Mütze und meinem T-Shirt kein Rabatt abgezogen wurde. Ich habe nett nachgefragt. OK - die Mütze zählte dann irgendwie zu Hardware. Zu dem T-Shirt bekam ich dann nur eine echt pampige Antwort. "Darauf gibt es keinen Rabatt". Rückgabe nicht möglich. Mir geht es nicht um die 5€, die ich hätte sparen können sondern vielmehr um die fehlende Beschilderung und vor allem den echt unfreundlichen Verkäufer. Die Verkäuferinnen konnten es nicht richtig erklären und waren selbst unsicher. Der Verkäufer hatte aber keineswegs die Kundenorientierung im Blick. Echt angemotzt und unfreundlich behandelt bin ich dann aus dem Shop raus... Schade! We visited the O'neill outlet today. We found the information "30% on the entire range" online. 30% were then signposted in the store. Excluding hardware, watersuits and other discounts. After paying, I noticed that no discount was deducted from my hat and t-shirt. I asked nicely. OK - the hat somehow belonged to hardware. I only got one really sloppy answer about the t-shirt. "There is no discount on that". Returns are not possible. I'm not interested in the € 5 that I could have saved, but rather the lack of signage and, above all, the really unfriendly seller. The shop assistants couldn't explain it properly and were unsure themselves. However, the seller by no means had the customer focus in mind. Really pissed off and treated unfriendly, I left the shop ... What a shame!
