Sehr schönes und lohnendes Outlet. Parkgarage mit tollen breiten Stellflächen. Klasse Designerauswahl im Center mit richtig guten Angeboten. Wir haben im Rahmen unseres Urlaubs im BGL einen Ausflug dorthin gemacht und sind fast 5 Stunden geblieben. Viele schöne Designersachen haben wir zu einem klasse Preis erworben. Nette Begrüßung an der Information und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen in den Stores. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
Very nice and worthwhile outlet. Parking garage with great, wide parking spaces. Great designer selection in the center with really good offers. We made a trip there as part of our vacation at the BGL and stayed for almost 5 hours. We have acquired a lot of beautiful designer things at a great price. Nice welcome at the information desk and very friendly staff in the stores. We'll definitely come back when we're around.

? Ein Desigual Shop vom feinsten. Sehr schicke Einrichtung und sowohl aus der Vorsaison, als auch aktuelle Mode, alles vorhanden. Nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter.
? A desigual shop at its finest. Very chic decor and from the pre-season, as well as current fashion, everything is available. Nice and competent staff.

Very poor customer care. I bought a shoulder bag and they forgot to put the shoulder strap in the bag. I left Austria the next day and called them to ask what they can do. They told me to sort it out myself (write to headquarters, go to shops where I live and ask for a strap) pointing out that they can’t be sure: I may be lying. I see the point but I’m not sure it’s a good idea to tell this to an upset customer. I wouldn’t It’s OK to say sorry and to ASK the customer to try and sort it out in her country after apparently my colleagues made a mistake. This is not what happened. I was surprised by the arrogance of the two ladies I talked to on the phone. The shop assistants were polite and nice while I was shopping there. The prices we paid were 30% off for the previous season’s collection
