 We like to visit the Polo store in the outlet because my husband prefers wearing Polo shirts. We are extremely satisfied with the advice from Ms. Olga, as she always encourages us to buy a few items of clothing with her competent and friendly advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute Vormittag seit langem wieder mal in ihrem Store ich hab da auch gleich wieder was passendes für mich gefunden als ich aber zur Kasse ging war ich entsetzt da war eine junge Dame mit schwarzen Haaren sie hat mich weder begrüßt noch war höflich sie fragte mit einem aggressiven ton nach meiner E mail Adresse einfach eine sehr unhöflich Bedienung ich hatte das Gefühl an einer Selbstbedienungkasse zustehen ich finde es schade, dass in so einem Geschäft wie Polo die Mitarbeiter so unfreundlich sind. Wirklich schade sowas, vor allem wenn man einiges an Geld dort ausgibt und am Ende nicht ordentlich bedient wird.
I was in your store again this morning for a long time and I found something suitable for me right away, but when I went to the checkout I was horrified there was a young lady with black hair, she neither greeted me nor was she polite, she asked me an aggressive tone after my e-mail address, just very impolite service I had the feeling that I was entitled to a self-service checkout. I think it's a shame that the employees in a shop like Polo are so unfriendly. It's really a shame, especially if you spend a lot of money there and in the end you don't get proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute um ca. Uhr 13,30 was kaufen. Aber der emfang war schon sehr kalt. Keine Begrüßung nur die Überbrüfung von 2G. Alls ich das Mädchen mit den Dunkle Haaren fragte oben sie mir helfen konnte. War die Antwort sie sei nicht zuständig. Das Geschäft ist nicht was mal war.
I wanted to buy something today at around 1:30 p.m. But the reception was very cold. No greeting just 2G traversal. When I asked the dark haired girl above she could help me. Was the answer she was not responsible. Business isn't what it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich noch einmal auf diesem Weg bedanken war am Dienstag in Ihrem Store eigentlich nur mal so um mich zu informieren was es so neues gibt .Wurde aber dann so nett,freundlich und kompetent von Aisha (fragte nach dem Namen)bedient das ich den Store mit 3 Teilen verließ ?.Ihr Unternehmen kann sich glücklich schätzen eine solche nette engagierte Mitarbeiterin zu haben ?komme gerne wieder.

I was in the polo shop for the first time this week. I was immediately served by Ms. Olga in a very competent, friendly and uncomplicated manner. Because of her professional knowledge and her uncomplicated nature, I then bought something. Congratulations to the company for having such employees!
