Vereinbarungen werden nicht eingehalten, Unfreundliches Personal (mit Ausnahme Store Manager Assistent), Gutscheine werden einfach gelöscht in dem auf einen Bon irgendwo mitten im Text geschrieben wird, dass das Geld bar ausbezahlt wurde, was aber nicht der Fall war.. Einfach nur traurig für so eine Firma.. Ein klares "Nein!" dort einzukaufen!!!

Agreements are not kept, unfriendly staff (with the exception of the store manager assistant), vouchers are simply deleted by writing on a receipt somewhere in the middle of the text that the money was paid out in cash, which was not the case .. Just sad for such a company .. A resounding "No!" shopping there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Bis dato kannte ich nur den Karl LAGERFELD Store in München City (Nähe Marienplatz). Dieser Laden ist auch LAGERFELD like eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Klein aber fein. Schicke Karl LAGERFELD Mode auf einer Ebene. Nette Mitarbeiterinnen bzw. Modeberaterinnen.
? To date, I only knew the Karl LAGERFELD store in Munich City (near Marienplatz). This shop is also LAGERFELD like furnished and equipped. Small but nice. Send Karl LAGERFELD fashion on one level. Nice employees and fashion consultants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschäft sehr schön , aber Die Verkäuferin die den 2G Nachweis verlangte war sehr frech und verlangte noch einen personal Ausweis ( war die erste was den Ausweis verlangte in keinen Geschäften wie Wellensteyn oder Polo Ralph Lauren verlangte keiner Einen Personalausweis wie kommt man auf sowas?!? In der ,, 2G rEgEl“ steht nicht das man noch den Personal Ausweis kontrollieren muss . Ich arbeite selber Im Verkauf (Telekom ) und meiner Meinung nach gehören solche Menschen nicht in das Geschäft spizell die Frech sind.
Shop very nice, but the saleswoman who asked for the 2G proof was very cheeky and asked for an ID card (was the first thing that asked for the ID card in no shops like Wellensteyn or Polo Ralph Lauren, no one asked for an ID card, how do you get something like that?!? The "2G rEgEl" does not say that you have to check your identity card. I work in sales myself (Telekom) and in my opinion such people do not belong in the business, especially those who are cheeky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte heute ein Shirt von XS auf S umtauschen. Sämtliche Etiketten am Shirt waren vorhanden. Leider hatte ich nur noch den Zahlungsbeleg, nicht aber die Original Rechnung. Genau das war auch der Grund warum mir ein Umtausch verwehrt wurde. Ich war so enttäuscht, daß ich die anderen Produkte die ich bereits bei der Kasse hatte gar nicht mehr genommen habe.
Durch solche Aktionen ist es kein Wunder, daß der stationäre Handel langsam aber sicher zum Aussterben verurteilt ist.
Wanted to exchange a shirt from XS to S today. All tags on the shirt were present. Unfortunately, I only had the receipt, but not the original invoice. That was exactly the reason why I was denied an exchange. I was so disappointed that I didn't even take the other products I already had at the checkout.
With such actions, it is no wonder that stationary trade is slowly but surely doomed to die out.
