Alina teilte mir bei der Meldung des Schadens mit, dass DPD öfter Waren beschädigt. Nach erheblichem Aufwand, u.a. Fotos von der beschädigten Ware an Alina versandt, teilte man mir mit, dass Aussage gegen Aussage steht. DPD streitet es ab die Ware beschädigt zu haben. Alina hat sich auch nicht um die Regulierung final gekümmert. Ich rate ab, etwas online zu bestellen. Goods ordered via the online shop were damaged in transit. The damaged goods were repackaged by the transport company DPD. When I reported the damage, Alina informed me that DPD often damaged goods. After considerable effort, including photos of the damaged goods sent to Alina, I was informed that testimony stands against testimony. DPD denies having damaged the goods. Alina also didn't take care of the final regulation. I advise against ordering anything online.

Vorallem Parfum Miniaturen Sammler kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. So niedlich, das gleich welche gekauft wurden. Diese mit liebe von der sehr entzückenden Mitarbeiterin wunderschön verpackt wurden. Die neuen Einkaufstaschen, sehen zusätzlich noch toll aus. Diese Mitarbeiterin sollte definitiv im Verkauf bleiben, sie hat den richtigen Beruf. Although I personally have my differences with this company, I have to admit that this store is a visual highlight with a lot of unusual products. Especially perfume miniatures collectors get their money's worth here. So cute that they were bought straight away. These were beautifully packaged with love by the very delightful employee. The new shopping bags also look great. This employee should definitely stay in sales, she has the right job.
