Die Mitarbeiterinnen in der Goldschmiedgasse sind alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit ich habe mir heute 4 Armbänder für meine Freundinnen gekauft und wurde zu jeder einzelnen individuell beraten und bin mit den ausgewählten Bändern mehr als zufrieden.Komme ganz bestimmt bald wieder.
 Always a pleasure to shop with you. The employees in Goldschmiedgasse are all very polite and helpful. I bought 4 bracelets for my friends today and was given individual advice on each one and I am more than satisfied with the bracelets I selected. I will definitely be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff!!! Unwilling to take back/ exchange broken and poor quality pieces after two weeks of wearing (with receipt!!). This is a nightmare of a shop. Zero customer service. Don’t go there, spend your money and time elsewhere, you are much better off!!
