Danach wurde mir auch sofort angeboten mich hinzusetzen und einige Uhren anzuprobieren. Very friendly staff, although the tone only became really friendly after you saw my Omega. After that I was immediately offered to sit down and try on some watches.

I felt very comfortable with Hübner. In addition to the friendly welcome, there was top advice from Mr. Parzer. I was able to patiently try on all the watches that interested me and found "my" watch. I am really looking forward to my next visit and my next watch, which I will buy from Hübner again. I can warmly recommend master watchmaker Hübner.

All das, obwohl keine weitere Kunden im Geschäft waren. Wir haben uns wirklich unwillkommen gefühlt und werden sicher nicht wiederkommen. Good selection of watches but unfortunately very unpleasant staff - one gentleman who treated us condescendingly, one lady who was just completely uninterested and unfriendly. All this despite the fact that there were no other customers in the shop. We really felt unwelcome and will certainly not be returning.

A	Andy Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hehe greedy idiots .. you can always come and see their greedy eyes .. trying to sell you anything .. they dont mean what they say ... like if they can sell you the more expensive watch they will try to .. they dont care how the watch looks on ur wrist. but its the same in all luxury shops .. peopple with no clue trying to sell expensive items to idiot .. the moment u start asking questions as a collector they say then dont know or start arguing with you when you are right .. once again .. idiots .. but who cares becaseu today u can buy watches online for half of the price .. just check them out there and go home and buy them brand new from chron24

J	Johannes Bacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one watch there as a present and ever since had very bad experiences. when my wife wanted to exchange the present watch a few days after the purchase for another model, which was slightly cheaper, we did not get the money difference back, instead we had to take a voucher. when we asked for a small repair they first said "it will be fixed in 15 minutes" and then when we presented the voucher, suddenly they kept the watch and said it will take several days. as a customer i felt treated with little respect, i got the feeling if I had spent not 600 Eur but several thousand Euros, only then they would appreciate me being a customer. So after several visits, a relly bad experience and I will never ever purchase anything else there.
