★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a new 2018 K1600 GTLE registered in UK. Called in to get an oil top up. The service guys could not have been more helpful, truely superb. Put the bike on the lift, inspected brakes etc and all fluids, topped up the oil....no charge. BMW at its best. A hearty thank you all round. Great job.

It's clear you don't get a the customer service according to the BMW prices. Everytime I go there I have to come back because something went wrong.
This is obviously the result of their monopoly in BMW service in Vienna. They have plenty of customers and no competency, and therefore very little interest in keeping their customers happy.
I'm seriously considering riding 30 minutes to Baden instead of dealing with this poor service. I planned to buy a new R1200 but I don't trust them to help me out with the issues I might have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the bike in for 40K km service. The left blinker was not working when i picked the bike up. They exchanged it and it was still not working. Again I went back and finally it was a faulty wire. For these prices I expect more attention to details and respect for the customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During an ‘dirt-bike’ trip in Romania my rear indicator light in the back fell off. I contacted BMW Motorrad in Wien and we agreed that I should come to their shop. I arrived late (at 5pm) on a Wednesday afternoon and all the service-workers had left for the day. The boss of the spare-part service department himself dismantled and replaced my rear light. I can only HIGHLY recommend the BMW service center in Wien. They were extremely helpfull and fixed my light within 30 minutes. Fantastic service and helpful people !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new motorbike from BMW Motorcycle Center Vienna and had a wonderful experience. Right from the beginning a thorough information and consultation was provided. The salesmen in the Shop area were proactive in asking if I need help or have any questions. They were extremely helpful regarding the selection of appropriate motorcycle gear.
Whenever I visited the showroom, Mr. Brunnhofer took time to explain everything regarding the motorcycles in detail and later guided through every step starting from the motorcycle selection, registration, etc. till delivery of the motorcycle.
The handover was perfect. On the day the bike was already filled complementarily with full fuel tank. Some small adjustments to the clutch and mirrors were needed which Mr. Brunnhofer even carried out himself.
Highly recommended!!
