Nur weiterzuempfehlen! Danke Had my Harley parked there, it was just a small cabling problem, it was found immediately and in top time! Friendly workshop! I can only recommend it! Thank you

Wer einmal eine Motorradwerkstatt gesucht hat weiß wie schwer es ist in Wien eine zuverlässige zu finden, wo Preis und Leistung übereinstimmen. So oft hört man Horrorgeschichten, wo Dinge verrechnet werden, die nicht gemacht wurden oder gar nicht gemacht werden mussten. Über Termine die nicht eingehalten wurden usw. Als Motorradneuling ist man da leicht verunsichert beim ersten Werkstattbesuch. NICHT SO BEI SCHMIDLMOTO KVASNY! Ich übertreibe nicht wenn ich sage, dass hier die Leistung den Preis bei weitem übertrifft. Ich habe nach der Pickerlüberprüfung dringend einen Termin gebraucht, um einige Mängel an meiner KTM zu beheben. Also bin ich zu KVASNY Werkstatt gefahren weil sie die nächste bei mir ist und Christian hat sich sofort mein Motorrad angeschaut mir gesagt was man machen muss was nicht und wie viel es kosten wird. Das Beste ist er hat mir auch zugesichert, dass es in kürzester Zeit erledigt wird. Nach einem Tag war alles erledigt und bei der Abholung habe ich festgestellt, dass der Preis sogar noch günstiger war als zuerst angenommen. Sowas spricht für die Ehrlichkeit und Kundenorientierung von Christian. Er hat sich auch noch Zeit genommen mir Fragen rund, um einen neuen Motorradkauf zu beantworten und ich kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen! Hier macht man nichts falsch, geht hin und überzeugt euch selber wie guter Kundenservice ausschaut! This workshop and especially Christian as the owner deserves many more stars. Great service, changed my GS brake fluid in 20 minutes, without an appointment at a top price. Wait 3 weeks at BMW and the price is 3 times as high.

Am Freitag hin um den Umfang des Service an meinem Motorrad zu besprechen und gleich für die darauffolgende Woche einen Termin erhalten. Das Motorrad wurde dann sogar schneller als zugesagt fertiggestellt und der besprochene Kostenfaktor wurde eingehalten. Ich kann die Firma voll und ganz empfehlen.
