The lady named Aida attended me... she totally spoiled my experience of buying such an expensive bag... firstly she was extremely busy attending other customers. She made me wait for so long.. she was so disinterested to show bags and then she tried to sell me a bag with a big scratch.. her colleague agreed about it but she kept making faces... I totally don’t understand first we pay so much money and they sell as if they are doing a favour by selling.. will advice not to visit this store.. no body had a smile on their face... disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, they are super entitled for nth.. you wait in a queue and once you enter they ask what you are looking for exactly and what do you want to buy.
That’s the strangest thing, you are entering a store and the salesperson asks you to lists the items you want to buy and which sections you will be inside the store.
On top of that, you need an appointment or you will need to wait until some available slot is open and they let you in.
It is really bad how entitled they think they are, they will deal with you as if they are the heavens’ guards and if you are good enough they will allow you in?
Literally any other niche brand in the Platz had a better customer-approach no matter how expensive they were.

If you come from a non EU country, the saving after Vat refund can be very attractive. I had much fun shopping here, with the help of a most charming assistant Suzie.
