★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to buy bags for my mom and sister. Staff downstairs are not accommodating. Asked a few about the bags I want, they just simply answered without even looking at me in the eye. I can clearly see they were not interested, but they attended to customers who were dressed very well. I ended taking the bags that I chose on the shelves on my own and bringing it upstairs for payment. If only I don’t need to buy the bags for my family, I wouldn’t have bothered buying from this store. Staff at the cashier is lovely anyway, didn’t catch her name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started off with a simple phone call to the store asking about the purse. The staff was very friendly when redirected my phone call to someone who will text me in English. A moment later I heard from lovely Evelin who not only was very responsive she was professional and understood customer service very well. She was ahead of what I- customer wanted to. Because curently I live in Hungary and there is no Longchamp store she offered me mailing the product and immediately reserve it for me. It happened I was going to Vienna the very next day. In a store when I met her she was very professional, friendly, knew why I am there, offered water and engaged in a nice chat. Needles to say she made this experience wonderful from the beginning to the very end. I would defiantly make an extra effort to shop in that location. It is always about people. Asia K. Graff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful store. Unfortunately, I was met with suspicion by the first two associates, from the moment I entered. The third associate who greeted me, was rather pleasant and ultimately assisted with my purchase. Once I made a selection, the associate carried the bag upstairs to the register, completed the transaction, and handed me the parcel at the door.
Considering the decline in popularity of their offerings and the low price point of this "luxury" brand, I found the overall experience to be underwhelming.
