B	Bev Bachmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice small studio with a balcony, great half board breakfast and dinner. Staff are really friendly and efficient. They are working hard on maintaining social distance between guests and staff.
D	Dina Hakimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay here. We got the mountain view room. Kitchen had everything we need. Our kids loved the pools and the bowling. Location is close to the waterfall and stubnerkogelbahn (which are the main attractions of Bad Gastein)
m	monica pronzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel in general but the restaurant at dinner and the swimming pool were very crowded and noisy so it was difficult to relax or swim quietly. The food was good but as it was a buffet it was not comparable to a freshly prepared meal. There was a choice of salads, two menus (also children's- generally nuggets) and a dessert. Breakfast was excellent with a wider choice. Spacious rooms with kitchen and a good view. There was not much entertainment in the hotel, but the personnel was really very kind. Another downside was the parking, far from the hotel up a steep road.

The apartment was cleaned every day. And our kids appreciated the gifts they received from the hotel.
K	Kerry Wayt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. Lovely helpful staff. Rooms were well serviced and had everything we needed in them. They were comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was incredible to wake up to every day and to look out onto in the morning while having a cup of coffee. The laundry facilities were excellent which we used as we were staying here during the middle part of our road trip around Europe. There was a huge local supermarket which was good value and so we lived reasonable cheaply for the five days we were here. There were lots of restaurants close by with good quality food that were reasonable priced. Lots of things to do and see in the area and loads of spectacular walks or hikes depending on your experience and fitness level. I was really sad to leave here, it was a great hotel in a beautiful location

The apartment was well equipped with everythi you need for your holiday. We were able to make meals with all the appliances available. The stuff members were extremely friendly, especially the night shift member. They all went above and beyode to make our stay better, including lovely gift handed to us at departure. The location is extremely central and easy to navigate to. The amenities offered on property, such as the pool, game room and bowling alley really make this place perfect for a family vacation (pool and bowling were completely complimentary). Can't recommend this place enough.
