As some already mentioned, it feels like they prefer to serve locals and won’t do much to fit customers needs.
We saw some comments referring to vegan options in the restaurant but when we came the waitress/owner was very rude and told us it is difficult and just walked away. We were shocked by this behavior. Feels like the food is not the only traditional thing, but also the manners are still in the 19th century.
Not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cozy place with reasonably priced food around 10+ for pizzas and 15-30 for mains. Near the waterfall too.
Great service by the plus-sized lady but had TERRIBLE service from the long-haired blonde woman who constantly gave us curt responses and refused to smile once we ordered tap water and 2 beers. She ignored our statement that we were sharing the mains, and brought us the wrong beer twice. If she had not served us, this place would receive 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family of six dined here twice during our Bad Gastein vacation. No problems reserving a table for six. We opted to sit upstairs on both visits, it's quieter and we loved being within view of the pizza oven (kids were able to watch the chef prepare their meals). Food was as expected, hearty and good. I especially loved my seasonal carrot cream soup! Bonus: Live music is played on weekends on the outdoor stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big two floors place restaurant, summer terrace, good staff, free wifi, from 18 o'clock you can order pizza. Pan cake soup 3 stars, burger 2 stars, schnitzel 3 stars.
