Great newly renovated BILLA store in Andritz in summer 2019 with sufficient parking spaces right next to Raiffeisen Bank. nice assortment and very friendly staff!

Wirklich bemerkenswert. Was leider sehr schmerzlich ist ,das Sortiment wird immer schlechter. Seid dem Umbau der zu einer massiven Verschlimmbesserung führte , ist das Gesamt Angebot an Artikeln spürbar kleiner geworden , und sehr sehr oft sind Standardartikel überhaupt nicht verfügbar. The staff is really great! Always friendly and in a good mood. Permanent staff - and they also look after the regular customers, right down to the walking aid !! Really remarkable. What is unfortunately very painful is that the range is getting worse and worse. Since the renovation, which led to a massive improvement, the total range of articles has become noticeably smaller, and very, very often, standard articles are not available at all.

Ganz ehrlich war ich das letzte mal dezent zornig nach meinem Einkauf.... ich muss auch den ganzen Tag arbeiten (wohlgemerkt im Freien, nicht im Warmen...), muss zu Kunden auch freundlich sein und würde nach Arbeitsschluss gerne das Einkaufen was ich möchte, ohne unfreundlich bedient zu werden und mich unerwünscht zu fühlen... Ich würde es ja verstehen wenn ich kurz vor Ladenschluss komme, aber eine Stunde zuvor!!!! Nach der ersten Bestellung, die noch nicht einmal in Arbeit war, wurde schon ganz schroff "Was noch?!" gefragt... Wohlgemerkt wurde auch um über 20 Euro an der Feinkosttheke bestellt... Liebe Grüße von einer enttäuschten, langjährigen Kundin! Lapidare Antwort: Ich habe es ihm schon gesagt!, Noch dazu ist die Maske schmutzig, wahrscheinlich seit 2 Jahren diesselbe?
