★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erst top mittlerweile flop. Sehr schade was seit der Übernahme der neuen Eigentümer hier passiert. Mieten werden in sehr unregelmäßigen Zeiten abgebucht. In die Gemeinschaftseinrichtung ist seit über zwei Jahren nichts investiert worden, außer einem kleinen Springbrunnen in der Lobby. Die Mieten steigen jedes Jahr mehr als es inflationsbedingt nachvollziehbar wäre. Manche warten nach Auszug über 3 Monate bis Rückzahlung ihrer Kaution. Hab einmal sehr gerne hier gewohnt, mittlerweile will ich nur noch raus. Schade.
Only top now flop. It's a shame what has happened here since the new owners were taken over. Rents are debited at very irregular times. Nothing has been invested in the community facility for over two years, except for a small fountain in the lobby. Rents rise more than is understandable due to inflation. Some people wait more than 3 months after repayment of their deposit. I once loved living here, now I just want to get out. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Studentenheim ist sehr schön und modern, die organisatorische Verwaltung jedoch schlecht. Es wird die Miete sehr unregelmäßig abgebucht, zum Teil mehr als 3 Monate lang nicht, man bekommt keine Information warum und wann es abgebucht wird nur um dann über 5 Ecken zu erfahren, dass vielleicht bald einmal die gesamte Miete der letzten Monate auf einmal abgebucht werden wird. Auch kommt das Studentenheim, im Vergleich zu anderen Heimen, welche wegen der Covid19-Pandemie Mieten erlassen haben, uns Bewohnern nicht entgegen. Ich hoffe, dass sich zumindest bzgl. dem Entgegenkommen wegen Covid19 noch etwas ändert, ich werde die Rezension updaten, falls etwas passiert.
The dormitory is very nice and modern, but the organizational management is poor. The rent is debited very irregularly, sometimes not for more than 3 months, you do not get any information why and when it is debited, only to find out via 5 corners that the entire rent of the past months may be debited at once becomes. The dormitory, in comparison to other dormitories, which have given rents due to the Covid19 pandemic, does not accommodate us residents either. I hope that at least with regard to the courtesy due to Covid19 something will change, I will update the review if something happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war echt mal ein tolles Haus! Seit Milestone es übernommen hat, ist für die Kiste. War sehr shockiert was aus meinsem Haus wurde. Keine zusammenarbeit mit den Mietern, aber null und zero. exorbitant hohe Mieten für Urfahr. Es war mal ein gutes Studentenheim!!!
It was really a great house! Since Milestone took it over, it's for the crate. Was very shocked what became of my house. No cooperation with the tenants, but null and zero. exorbitantly high rents for Urfahr. It used to be a good dormitory!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very glad that i have choosen Milestone. Expecially since i do not have to worry about electricity, internet, water, e.t.c. The monthly fee for the room is also very reasonable. The entire building is very clean and the interior is of good quality. I am in the 7th floor, so i do not have any issues with noise. The staff is very nice and always wants to help out. Also it is really nice that the milestone management plans multiple events (i.e: city tour, get-together, free pizza e.t.c) each month.
