F	Franziska Jünemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die wohl beste Adresse in Linz für eine oder ganz viele Übernachtungen! Die Wohnungen sind groß und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Sie bestehen aus einem Wohn- / Essbereich und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Die Betten sind wirklich sehr bequem! Sicher ist das Bad etwas eng, aber für das, was man eben im Bad macht, reicht es völlig. Und der Rest ist mehr als großzügig! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen benötigt. Die Kaffeemaschine könnte etwas hochwertiger sein, aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Über einen zusätzlichen TV im Wohnraum lässt sich streiten. (nur im Schlafzimmer vorhanden) Man sollte unbedingt wissen, dass sich diese Wohnungen in großen Mehrfamilienhäusern in Linz befinden. Die aus den 50ern stammenden Bauten sind recht hellhörig, sodass man hier und da das Leben seines Nachbarn mitbekommt. Dies gehört aber einfach zum Konzept der Etagerie dazu. Man soll sich eben wie ein echter Linzer fühlen... wem das nicht passt, kann ja in ein abgeschottetes Hotel gehen, dort bekommt er dann auch Frühstück. Das gibt’s in der Etagerie nämlich nicht, dafür hat man schließlich eine Küche. ;-) Die Lage kann besser fast nicht sein. Die Donau befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite, 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Hauptplatz mit Bahnanbindung, Restaurants und Shopping sind mit 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Ebenfalls sämtliche Kultur, Museen und Unterhaltung. Zur Parkmöglichkeit kann ich nichts sagen, ich war mit der Bahn da. Wer also das Linzer Leben zu fairem Geld erleben möchte, sollte diese Adresse wählen! Probably the best address in Linz for one or many overnight stays! The apartments are large and very stylish. They consist of a living / dining area and a separate bedroom. The beds are really very comfortable! The bathroom is certainly a little tight, but it's enough for what you do in the bathroom. And the rest is more than generous! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The coffee machine could be of a higher quality, but you can overlook that. You can argue about an additional TV in the living room. (only available in the bedroom) You should definitely know that these apartments are located in large apartment buildings in Linz. The buildings from the 50s are noisy, so you can hear the life of your neighbor here and there. But this is simply part of the concept of the Etagerie. You should just feel like a real Linz native ... if that doesn't suit you, you can go to an isolated hotel, where you can get breakfast. There’s no such thing in the tierie, after all, you have a kitchen for that. ;-) The situation could hardly be better. The Danube is across the street, a 2 minute walk. The main square with train connections, restaurants and shopping can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Also all culture, museums and entertainment. I can't say anything about parking, I was there by train. So if you want to experience life in Linz for fair money, you should choose this address!

Регистрация происходила путем заполнения бланка, котрый находился в номере и там же был оставлен. Удивило наличие кофеварки и огоромной банки с уже молотым кофе. Толи нам повезло, то ли такой сервис для всех - не знаю. На кухне почти все есть, кровати и матрасы нормальные. Окна выходили на тихую зеленую улицу. В доме лифт, вход в подьезд по ключам. Подземная парковка, на которой есть несколько мест для отеля. Вход по механическому ключу. До центра Линца пешком 15 минут, до набережной и парка - 5 минут. Это квартира в обычном староватом жилом доме, соответственно звукоизоляция плохая - слышно все в коридоре и на лестнице. Точно так же, наверное, слышно и нас и детей. В правилах очень просят не шуметь после 22. Мусор нужно сортировать и выносить самим, также необходимо сделать уборку квартиры перед выездом.
