Die Lage ist mehr als ideal für Studenten. Nur 3 Minuten -zu Fuß- von der Kepler Uni entfernt und in nur 15 Minuten - mit der Straßenbahn- erreichst du die Innenstadt. Urfahr ist ein grüner Stadtteil, ca.ein Viertel der Fläche ist Grünland. ??? Hier gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten - Spazierwegen - etc. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- Billa, Dm, Spar, etc. Zusätzlich gibt es gegenüber des Studentenheimes: Bäckerei- Honeder und Burgerista! Super nice dormitory! Very modern furnishings! ? The home manager and his team are always friendly and helpful. The location is more than ideal for students. You can reach the city center in just 3 minutes by foot from the Kepler University and in just 15 minutes by tram. Urfahr is a green district, around a quarter of the area is grassland. ??? There are many recreational opportunities here - walking paths - etc. Numerous shops - Billa, Dm, Spar, etc. In addition, across from the dormitory there is: Bakery, Honeder and Burgerista!
J	Julius Sevcik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das STUWO LINZ begeistert mit moderner Einrichtung, einer guten Öffi-Anbindung, sowie dem rücksichtsvollen Zusammenleben aller BewohnerInnen. Als Heimvertreter macht mir das Wohnen hier besonders Spaß, da auch die MitarbeiterInnen des STUWOs stets bemüht und freundlich sind, was den Aufenthalt für alle hier noch schöner macht. The STUWO LINZ inspires with modern facilities, a good public transport connection, as well as the considerate coexistence of all residents. As a home representative, I particularly enjoy living here, as the STUWO staff are always keen and friendly, which makes the stay here even more enjoyable for everyone.
D	Demet Sahin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Studentenheim! Ich durfte zwar nur 1 Jahr im Stuwo wohnen, da ich wegen meinem Studium 2 Jahre woanders wohnen muss. Aber ich kann es wirklich nur vom Herzen empfehlen, das Heim ist topmodern eingerichtet und hat alles was man alltäglich braucht. Bin echt begeistert, komme gerne nach 2 Jahren wieder :) Top dormitory! I was only allowed to live in the Stuwo for 1 year because I have to live somewhere else for 2 years because of my studies. But I can only recommend it with all my heart, the home is very modern and has everything you need every day. I'm really excited, I'll be back after 2 years :)

Auch die Gemeinschatsräume bieten viel Platz, um sich mit Mitbewohner zu treffen und gemeinsam zu kochen, feiern oder in der Sauna zu entspannen. Falls man Probleme hat, kann man jeder Zeit Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung aufnehmen, die einem immer helfen. :-) The STUWO offers many opportunities to fully develop yourself. The apartments offer plenty of storage space and a modern ambience. The common rooms also offer plenty of space to meet up with roommates and cook together, celebrate or relax in the sauna. If you have problems, you can contact the property management at any time, who will always help you. :-)

I've felt very welcomed from the beginning, which is truly important for someone starting fresh in another country, on her own. One can find basically everything within walking distance (food places, the supermarket, the drugstore). It's also easy to reach the city center from here. I'm really glad I've chosen to live at STUWO Linz and I can only look forward to making new memories!
