J	Julia Gmoser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unhöflich und unflätig am telefon und per mail. nach rückfrage bei vorherigen gästen bzgl. benehmen, sauberkeit und gästefreundlichkeit kommt diese unterkunft daher nicht in frage. weder für uns noch für die messegruppe im august. rude and rude on the phone and by mail. after asking previous guests about behavior, cleanliness and guest friendliness, this accommodation is out of the question. neither for us nor for the exhibition group in august.

L' appartamento, però, era poco pulito, connessione Wi-Fi debolissima e assente dopo le ore 19. Quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the center. The apartment, however, was not very clean, Wi-Fi connection very weak and absent after 7 pm
G	Georg Naderer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aussen schön neu renoviert, Innen noch alt aber mittel zum Zweck. Alles vorhanden, sauber und trotz Nähe der Autobahn erstaunlich ruhig. Zimmer mit Küche, weiteres Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Couch (mit Fernseher) und Bad mit WC. Leider konnte ich mit meinem Auto (Mazda6) nicht auf einem Parkplatz parken, da diese so kurz sind das sich nur ein Kleinauto darauf ausgeht. (Dank freie Parkplätze konnte ich über 2 Parken) Freie öffentliche Parkplätze sind einige Straßen weiter. Auch wurde der Müll der Vormieter nicht entsorgt. Beautifully newly renovated on the outside, still old on the inside but means to the end. Everything is available, clean and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity of the motorway. Room with kitchen, another room with double bed, couch (with TV) and bathroom with toilet. Unfortunately, I could not park my car (Mazda6) in a parking lot because they are so short that only a small car can do it. (Thanks to free parking spaces I was able to park more than 2) Free public parking spaces are a few streets away. The rubbish of the previous tenants was also not disposed of.
H	Helmut Sauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Donaulände, hat Supermärkte und Möglichkeit für Frühstück in der Nähe, zudem ist das Appartement komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauber, ruhig und sehr einfacher Check-in! Perfekt für einen Städtetrip! Very good location, you can be on the Danube in a few minutes, have supermarkets and breakfast nearby, and the apartment is completely new and very tastefully decorated. Clean, quiet and very easy check-in! Perfect for a city trip!

No hot water was available when stay. they apologized me but it is basic quality for stay. I paid almost 100$ per day. 2. I DID PAY MONEY for stay after check out. But they kept telling me that they didn't get paid from me and try to force me to send money again. They almost threat me that they will report my passport to EU if I don't pay, so that I will get negative records when traveling. So I showed all the evidence of transfer money and told back them that I'll call the police if they try to threat me again. They apologized me after that and said there were some mistake from the system. But I still suspect their initial intension.
c	chrstian moliv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ locations was super and quite. apartment was big and in kitchen we cooked a lot because it has all instruments. the bed was very good, like in hotels. very nice the tea bags and was good that was there soap and dish washing machine powder. apartment feeled like a home.
K	Karin Karin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very wonderful place. The house is great and the location is only 5-10 minutes away (4 station bus-stop) to the main square of Linz. All question we send via Mail and get response within 1 hour. I would stay again. The house has more than 50 food delivery services from Linz City restaurants. That was very great, because sometimes we want to enjoy and therefore we ordered food. You will get breakfast within a 2-minutes walk to Lackingers Imbiss. The car parking was free and there were all time 2 free parking spaces. The bed was ultra-comfortable and the owner was very nice and friendly. We love it and come back again.
R	Radu Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location acceptable, nevertheless, they decided to rent and renovate at the same time, bad combination, had a guy drilling the walls next door for 2 hrs. Called the property management, spoke with a guy named Werner, quite arrogant, who assured me they will be doing this until 6 pm, nevertheless, at 6.30 the guy was still drilling my nerves...the towels smelled like somebody forgot them overnight in the washer, poor conditions for the money...I would go for something else, definitely. Oh, and the Werner guy, tried to charge me the "city taxes" twice, left me a note asking me to leave the money in an envelope upon departure!!
