★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Wohnung. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. In den letzten Monaten gab es ein paar Probleme (wegen der Überschwemmung aufgrund einer Baustelle). Alles wurde ab sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Good apartment. I felt comfortable. There have been a few problems in recent months (due to flooding due to a construction site). Everything was put in order immediately. Highly recommended.

- Everything is completely new.
- 1 minute walking from the main street of Linz.
- The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
- Big Smart TV.
- Harald, the owner, is very kind and helpful.
So don't hesitate to rent it, you won't regret!
