★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shop, until you buy something that does not work... I bought a new phone from them.. turned out it had problems... when i gave it to the maintenance department they returned it to me 12 days later saying that the phone "passed all the tests". the phone still has the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so i went and bought a drone with a camera yesterday today I just found out that the camera was fake and went to return it when i asked :hey can I return this please? Kashier:No why? Me: the camera is fake and the drone is awful. Kashier:idk sorry I can't return it!
Like WTH worst place AND THIS FAKE DRONE COST ME 50€

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service I've experienced indeed! I had an issue with a product from the online shop and they patiently gave me their time and helped me solve the issue exceptionally well. Even though I was an English speaker I did not feel there was any problem communicating even from the managers side. I would highly recommend this branch of Saturn due to their repair and online shop customer service segment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent manager and rude tech staff on Landstraße in Linz. I bought a Xbox console and before 14 days was up went to store to return it, in the original box, as the Saturn return policy states. After examining the Xbox the tech staff brought the manager to tell me that Saturn does not accept return for electronic devices. As I confronted with Saturn's own policy, he flatly denied that Saturn having a such policy. I complained to the head office, but it did not help at all. I told him that, he leaves I me no choice other than ordering from the competition, online, which would not help his job.
