S	Sila S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte vorhin dort angerufen, um eine Preisauskunft zu einem ihrer Produkte zu bekommen, was laut der unfreundlichen, sehr lustlos klingenden und unengagierten Dame am Telefon nicht möglich war, da sie sich im Büro aufhalten würde. Das ist kein Argument diese Auskunft nicht früher oder später übermitteln zu können. Offenbar wird hier kein Wert auf eine gute Kundenbetreuung gelegt. Kunde wird oder bleibt man unter diesen Umständen nicht. I had called there earlier to get a price quote for one of their products, which, according to the unfriendly, very listless-sounding and uninterested lady on the phone, was impossible because she would be in the office. This is not an argument not to be able to transmit this information sooner or later. Apparently no value is placed on good customer care here. One does not become or remain a customer under these circumstances.
K	K. Burgstaller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich sind die meisten Produkte teurer als beim Spar oder Billa, was vielleicht der Bezeichnung BIO geschuldet sein mag. Wenn aber eine Packung Suppengrün beinahe €4,- kostet, fang ich natürlich zum Hinterfragen an. Beim Spar kostet ungefähr die doppelte Menge BIO Suppengrün, gerade einmal €2,-. So etwas ist für mich nicht mehr nachvollziehbar. Am meisten ärgerten mich die Äpfel, ein Kilo kostet €2,99, das ist auch der Preis beim Spar für die teuersten Äpfel. Der Unterschied ist, dass ich die Äpfel vom Spar essen kann, die vom Denns BIOMarkt hingegen wegschmeißen musste, da sie innen bereits zum Verfaulen angefangen haben, - die billigsten Äpfel vom Spar sind qualitativ wesentlich besser. Es wird sicherlich bei Denns BioMarkt auch Produkte geben, die preislich und qualitativ gut sind. Aber auf Grund meines letzten Einkaufes, bekomme ich das Gefühl, dass ich jedes Produkt bezüglich Preis und Qualität hinterfragen müsste und so einzukaufen, ergibt für mich keinen Sinn mehr. Basically, most products are more expensive than Spar or Billa, which may be due to the name BIO. But when a pack of soup greens costs almost € 4, I of course start questioning. At Spar costs roughly twice the amount of ORGANIC soup greens, just € 2. Something like that is no longer understandable for me. The apples annoyed me the most, a kilo costs € 2.99, which is also the price for the most expensive apples at the Spar. The difference is that I can eat the apples from Spar, which I had to throw away from Denns BIOMarkt, because they have already started to rot on the inside - the cheapest apples from Spar are of much better quality. There will certainly be products at Denns BioMarkt that are of good quality and price. But because of my last purchase, I get the feeling that I have to question every product in terms of price and quality and that buying it doesn't make any sense to me anymore.

Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur unmotiviert, grantig und unfreundlich, sondern sie haben auch keine Ahnung wo sich ganze Produkt Gruppen in ihrem eigenen Geschäft befinden. Also nur im äußersten Notfall brauchbar diese Filiale Unfortunately by far the worst Denns I've ever seen. The employees are not only unmotivated, grumpy and unfriendly, but they also have no idea where entire product groups are in their own business. So this branch can only be used in an extreme emergency
O	Otto Lamprecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte meinen freien Tag noch nutzen um Abends kurz noch meinen Einkauf für den nächsten Tag zu erledigen, wie ich es eigentlich immer mache. Zu meinem Entsetzen musste ich bereits um 18.53 feststellen, dass die Mitarbeiter die Türen einfach schon zu früh verriegelt hatten und ich somit vor verschlossenen Toren stand. Ich bin enttäuscht muss ich ehrlich sagen, dass so arbeitsscheues Verhalten heute noch an den Tag gelegt werden darf. Hoffe das ist noch keinem anderen Kunden passiert & sollte nichtmehr vorkommen, ansonsten wird es nicht nur bei einer negativen Bewertung bleiben, sondern eine Beschwerde nach sich ziehen! I wanted to use my day off to do my shopping for the next day in the evening, as I actually always do. To my horror, I had to find out at 6:53 p.m. that the employees had simply locked the doors too early and that I was standing in front of locked gates. I am disappointed I have to honestly say that such work-shy behavior can still be displayed today. Hope this has not happened to any other customer & should not happen again, otherwise it will not only remain with a negative review, but result in a complaint!
D	Do Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne für Produkte/Sortiment. 0 Sterne für das extrem unfreundliche Personal. Kein Grüßen, kein auf Wiedersehen...ein Roboter an der Kasse, würde es auch tun, da erwartet man sich wenigstens keine Freundlichkeit. Es sprechen viele das Thema unfreundlichkeit an u es ändert sich, trotz scheinbaren Team Besprechungen, nichts. Ich überlege mir, sollte es so bleiben, lieber nicht mehr dort ein zu kaufen. Einkaufen sollte man in halbwegs normaler Atmosphäre können. 5 stars for products / range. 0 stars for the extremely unfriendly staff. No greetings, no goodbye ... a robot at the checkout would do the same, at least you don't expect any friendliness. A lot of people address the issue of unfriendliness and nothing changes, despite what appears to be team meetings. I'm thinking, should it stay that way, I'd rather not buy one there anymore. You should be able to shop in a reasonably normal atmosphere.

Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin zur anderen geschickt und alle zeigen nicht unbedingt ihr freundlichstes Gesicht... ich hab mich schon fast als "Störend" empfunden. Schade eigentlich... I'm often there and today I got a ToGoodToGo bag. I was sent from one employee to the other and they all don't necessarily show their friendliest face ... I almost felt like "annoying". It's a shame actually ...
D	Demelza Hays on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always look for a good bio store whenever I travel to a new city for work, and I found Denn's in Linz. Amazing store. The selection of organic cheeses and meats is out of this world. I am sad they do not have a Denn's where I live in Liechtenstein.
