A	Anna Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute eine Tasche um € 325 kaufen. Verkäuferin kam mit "Badeschlapfen" schlürfend zu mir, stellte die Tasche vor mich hin und ging. Um mir diese genau anzusehen musste ich das im inneren befindliche Verpackungsmaterial aus der Tasche herausnehmen, keine Erklärung der Verkäuferin. (wie viele Fächer, Zipp usw.) Ich ersuchte um eine original verpackte Tasche und nicht um ein Ausstellungsstück. Die Verkäuferin verschwand im Lager und kam mit einer ausgepackten Tasche retour. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass die Tasche nicht verpackt ist meinte sie sie könne gerne nochmals ins Lager gehen und mir die Verpackung mit Handschuhen aus dem Papierkorb holen. Auch ein anschließend geführtes Telefonat mit der Geschäftsführerin brachte keine Entschuldigung. Sie fand das Verhalten der Verkäuferin in Ordnung. Jeder weitere Kommentar erübrigt sich. I wanted to buy a bag for € 325 today. The saleswoman came to me sipping "slippers", put the bag in front of me and left. In order to have a closer look at this, I had to take the packaging material inside out of the bag, no explanation from the seller. (How many compartments, zip, etc.) I asked for an originally packed bag and not an exhibit. The saleswoman disappeared into the warehouse and came back with an unpacked bag. When I pointed out that the bag was not packed, she said she could go back to the warehouse and get the packaging out of the bin with gloves on. A subsequent phone call with the manager did not provide any excuse either. She thought the saleswoman's behavior was okay. Any further comment is superfluous.

Da wird weder gegrüßt noch gefragt ob der Kunde was braucht....arrogantes Personal verleiht nicht grad zum einkaufen ! Nein DANKE; geh dann lieber woanders einkaufen wo man mehr als Kunde geschätzt wird !!! Was in your shop today and I really have to say that there is a disinterested staff standing around! There is neither greetings nor asked whether the customer needs something ... arrogant staff do not give away to go shopping! No thanks; then go shopping somewhere else where you are valued more as a customer!
L	Lale Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bekam eine Michael Kors Uhr zum Geburtstag geschenkt, leider war sie mir zu gross und ich wollte sie verkürzen. Da die Uhr anscheinend nicht in einem Shop gekauft wurde, sondern online haben sie mich wieder weggeschickt und gemeint, sie könne daher die Uhr nicht kürzen.... Ich solle zu einem juwelier gehen.. Eine Frechheit! Also nie wieder dieser Shop. Kundenfreundlichkeit heute ein Fremdwort. Sehr schade! I got a Michael Kors watch for my birthday, unfortunately it was too big for me and I wanted to shorten it. Since the watch apparently was not bought in a shop, but online, they have sent me away again and meant that they could not cut the clock .... I should go to a jeweler .. A joke! Never again this shop. Customer friendliness today a foreign word. A shame!
D	Dzmar Hlebec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da bin ich immer wieder gerne,sehr nette Verkäuferinnen die etwas von ihrem Beruf verstehen und auch die Sachen kennen die sie verkaufen was leider keine selbstverständlichkeit ist. Das letzte mal wurde ich von einer Katarina bedient wenn ich den Namen richtig in Erinnerung habe,sehr liebes Mädchen! Da komme ich gerne wieder! I'm always happy to be there, very nice shop assistants who understand something of their profession and also know the things they sell which is not a matter of course. The last time I was served by a Katarina if I remember the name properly, very dear girl! I'll be back!
P	Petra M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal sehr hochnäsig und herablassend! Ganz sicher werde ich vor Ort nicht mehr einkaufen. Dieses Verhalten ist nicht angemessen, geht es doch auch um deren Arbeitsplatz! Kundenzufriedenheit sollte an 1. Stelle stehen. Ob das den sogenannten "Damen" aus dem Verkauf bewusst ist, gibt es doch schließlich die Alternative online einzukaufen. Staff very cocky and condescending! For sure I will not shop anymore. This behavior is not appropriate, it is also about their job! Customer satisfaction should be in first place. Whether this is the so-called "ladies" from the sale is aware, there is finally the alternative online shopping.
