Außerdem Kundenfreundlich und keine Einredereien zum Kauf. Gerne mal wieder wenn Bedarf ist. Have often shopped at Gold World in the SCS Vösendorf. I remember very nice ladies and competent advice. Bei meiner Diesel Uhr wurde, obwohl nicht bei Goldwelt gekauft, ein Batteriewechsel schnell und komplikationslos auf Kulanz kostenlos durchgeführt! Super friendly! M	Meda Ibraimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort meine Uhr zur Reparatur gebracht. Die Dame meinte, dass sie verlässlich anrufen wird wenn die Uhr fertig ist. Allerdings habe ich dann zwei Monate gewartet. Als ich dort hingegangen bin um mich zu Erkundigen wurde mir gesagt, dass ich kurz weggehen soll und mich umschauen soll. Gesagt und getan bin zurückgegangen und aufeinmal ist die Uhr da gewesen. Magie? I don‘t think so. Nur unfreundliches Service nennt man sowas. Eines muss man dem Laden lassen die haben eine Breite Auswahl an Uhren. I brought my watch there for repairs. The lady said that she will definitely call when the watch is ready. However, I then waited two months. When I went there to inquire, I was told to go away for a moment and have a look around. Said and done I went back and suddenly the clock was there. Magic? I don‘t think so. This is just called unfriendly service. You have to leave one thing to the store, they have a wide selection of watches.

7	7 AVE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Kunde war ich etwas geschockt. Das ein Disput unter Mitarbeitern vor den Kunden ausgetragen wurde. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte auch nicht sehr freundlich und für mich war hier ein rassistischer Unterton gegenüber den Kunden vor mir zu hören, der offenbar nicht von hier kam. Für mich einfach nicht tragbar. Ich hoffe echt, hier hatte nur jemanden einen schlechten Tag. Update: Es wurde von der Geschäftsführung Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen. Nachdem ich den Wunsch ausgeschlagen habe die Rezession zu löschen wurde das Problem nochmal genauer erläutert und mir wurde dann auch versichert dass man bemüht ist dem ganzen nachzugehen und das mit den betroffenen Mitarbeitern ein Gespräch geführt wird. As a customer, I was a little shocked. That was a dispute among employees in front of the customers was discharged. The coworker also did not seem very friendly and for me was here a racist undertone to hear the customer in front of me, who apparently did not come from here. For me just not sustainable. I really hope there was only one bad day here. Update: It was contacted by the management contact me. After I refrained from wishing to delete the recession, the problem was again explained in more detail and I was then assured that it is endeavored to follow up on the whole and that a conversation is held with the affected employees.

Wir wollten den Verlobungsring gegen die Richtige Größe tauschen. Leider nur ein Stern.. Enttäuscht. Unavailable by phone on August 18th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Ms. L. promised to get in touch on August 17th during the next day. No call, no SMS ... We wanted to swap the engagement ring for the right size. Unfortunately only one star .. Disappointed.

War zuvor bei einem anderen Unternehmen, die mich auf 1 Stunde vertröstet haben,da die Kollegin erst um 1230 anfängt! Im Endeffekt bin ich 1Stunde im Kreis gelaufen,mit dem Ende,dass sie den Stift nicht haben und ich mit einer 2Wöchigen Wartezeit rechnen müsse! Hab die Uhr "angesäuert " wieder mitgenommen und bin bei dieser netten Dame bei Goldwelt gelandet!!Sehr nett und kompetent!Danke nochmal für das tolle und schnelle Service! A very dear lady exchanged a pen for a men's wristwatch for me within 10 minutes! Was previously at another company that put me off for 1 hour, as the colleague doesn't start until 1230! In the end, I walked in circles for 1 hour, with the end that they didn't have the pen and I had to expect a 2-week waiting time! I took the watch back with me "acidified" and ended up with this nice lady at Goldwelt! Very nice and competent! Thanks again for the great and fast service!
