S	Stefan Krajnc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great choice for a sight seeing trip to Innsbruck. Great location with the possibility to drop off luggage in front of the hotel and parking available in reasonable distance. Outstanding breakfast with a wast assortment of fruit.

A	Angelique L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, wonderful breakfast, great location. I was a bit uncomfortable with the bathroom. There is a glass door to a glass wall. But they are not really connected, so when you close the door, there is quite a gap between them. I know that you should have a kind of intimacy with the person you are sharing a room with but still... There is not much left to the imagination.... On our first morning, at the breakfast room, an American guest (full size adult!) threw a tantrum because he did not want to wear a mask. The waitress was super professional, never raised her voice (not like the other person) and insisted on him wearing his mask. Thank you for that!
P	Pratap Kode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a room with a great view. The room also had 5 or 6 big windows that could be opened for fresh air. Hotel was also located right across Markplatz - end stop for public transport. So very convenient. Right across the road was a walkway by the river - the inn river. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. We came in early they allowed us an early check-in which greatly helped our travel plans. Many attractions are within a short distance of the hotel or easily accessible with public transport. We visited this location from Muenchen using public transport and didn't need to use a car at all. The room also had a bunk bed which the kids loved.

D	David Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful hotel in terms of both location and comfort. Staff were very helpful with our questions and luggage storage need. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. We would very much look to stay here if visiting Innsbruck again in future travel.
B	Bruce Gillies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel in Innsbruck. "Innsbruck" means bridge over the river Inn. The hotel is a stones throw from the bridge. Wonderful accommodations. Its easy to see why it has hosted the Olympics several times.
C	Chris G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 5 nights and would highly recommend, location is great right in the centre and next to the old town and across the road from the stunning view that Innsbruck is known for! 2 minutes walk to bus/tram stop to get around and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. Rooms were clean and big bed, staff were always very friendly too would stay here again!
