M	Mona Kanj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe my expectations were too high after reading so many good reviews here and on booking but I was disappointed of the hotel. Positive: - the room was clean - the location is great - reception staff was really friendly Negative: - we had a room to the street side on the 1st floor - the street in front of the room was so loud that we could not open the window - aircondition was no option either as it was loud as well. So we had to sleep without fresh air - overall the air in the hotel and especially in the breakfast restaurant was really stuffy - the timing of the vacuum cleaning of the bar was very unfortunate: cleaning lady vacuum cleaned while the breakfast was ongoing - so we could not enjoy our breakfast without the sound of the vacuum cleaner - did not offer any plant-based milk alternatives

W	Willem Klöpping on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service is exceptional - every member of staff is equally forthcoming and friendly. We made good use of their swimming pool and spa area, which you can use completely for free and whenever you desire - even after midnight. Breakfast is also exceptionally well prepared and diverse, and completely free of charge. The staff even allowed us to store our luggage at the day of departure, and on top of that granted us access to the pool and spa for the rest of the day. Again, completely for free! The location is also extraordinary. It's very central, yet surprisingly quiet. The Hauptbahnhof is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, while you can reach buses and cable cars within minutes. This allowed us to be in the mountains in no time (if you stay more than 3 nights, you get a Welcome Card which allows you access to most cable cars and buses for free or with a discount). We also purchased the Innsbruck Card for 72 hours, which we can also heartily recommend. This hotel is worth every penny, if not more. Many thanks to the staff and we will certainly come again!

G	Gillian Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tip - Book direct with hotel We booked direct with hotel so got a free breakfast which was amazing plus 10% off two restaurants and bars. They will send you a quote and you do not pay until you arrive. The only downside is it has been fully modernized so lacks the historic feel of the Adler hotel which was previous hotel we stayed in whilst in Innsbruck. It is in the beautiful old town and only 10 min walk from train station. Swimming pool was quiet and very nice plus a spa on top floor
M	Mons Mc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and great staff. We had a lovely stay in Innsbruck which was enhanced by being given a ticket for free transport throughout the city and "holiday area". It also has spa facilities which, had I brought a swimsuit, I certainly would have made use of. The breakfast was also excellent - plenty of staff and it was constantly being replenished. I'd definitely recommend ?????

Hotel is in the centre of Innsbruck, no parking in front of hotel, however they have a garage, if you made a reservation. Otherwise park in garage Altstadt, you can buy a ticket at hotel front desk.
