★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell gut, freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Aber die Firmenpolitik ist eigenartig, in den Filialen Recht teuer, und viele der Minus X% Aktionen gelten nur Online. Da auch das Sortiment Online wesentlich größer ist werde ich als Kunde fast schon aus der Filiale in den Onlineshop gedrängt. Schade, ich würde gern vor Ort kaufen, aber bei der Firmenpolitik ist das wenig sinnvoll.
 In principle good, friendly and competent staff. But the company policy is peculiar, quite expensive in the branches, and many of the minus X% campaigns only apply online. Since the online range is also much larger, as a customer I am almost pushed out of the branch into the online shop. Too bad I would like to buy locally, but that doesn't make much sense in terms of company policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz der aktuellen Lage bekommt man gute, freundliche Beratung und sehr gute Empfehlungen. Ich bin begeistert vom Engagement und der Fachkompetenz der Verkäuferinnen. Ich schaue gerne wieder vorbei wenn ich in der SCS bin.
Despite the current situation, you get good, friendly advice and very good recommendations. I am enthusiastic about the commitment and expertise of the sales assistants. I like to stop by again when I'm in the SCS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine absolute Frechheit wer da als Mitarbeiterin eingestellt ist. Unmotiviert, unsympathisch, null Charme, und träge. Haben eine 60€ Creme von Kiehls gekauft die schon offen war. Bei der Rückgabe, kein "tut uns leid" o.ä. Die zweite war zwar geschlossen, hatte dafür einen furchtbaren Gestank,wahrscheinlich weil abgelaufen. Danke, das wars. Uns seht ihr nie wieder. Adieu ?
An absolute cheek whoever is hired as an employee. Unmotivated, unsympathetic, zero charm, and sluggish. Have bought a € 60 cream from Kiehls that was already open. When returning, no "sorry" or the like. The second one was closed, but had a terrible stench, probably because it had expired. Thanks, that's it. You'll never see us again. Goodbye ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde sehr professionell beim Kauf von Foundation und Concealer betreut. Es wurde auf Anhieb der richtige Ton zu meinem Teint gefunden (selten so erlebt) und speziell auf die Bedürfnisse meines Hauttyps eingegangen, zudem war die Mitarbeiterin extrem freundlich und kundenorientiert. Auch beim Betreten der Filiale wurde ich gleich sehr höflich angesprochen und begrüßt, kann die Filiale nur empfehlen und habe eine echte Freude mit meinen neuen Produkten : )
Was looked after very professionally when buying foundation and concealer. The right tone for my complexion was found straight away (rarely seen in this way) and the needs of my skin type were specifically addressed, and the employee was extremely friendly and customer-oriented. When I entered the branch I was spoken to and greeted very politely, I can only recommend the branch and I really enjoy my new products:)
