★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitte Juni habe ich 2 elektrische Zahnbürsten für meine 2 älteren Kinder gekauft. Nach 3 Wochen ging die erste kaputt :( Ich natürlich keinen Kassabon aufgehoben. Aber trotzdem hin zum BIPA und mein Glück versucht, denn ich hatte doch die Bonuskarte beim Kauf verwendet - dachte ich zumindest. Die Mitarbeiterin hat gleich mal bei der Hotline angerufen um nach mehreren Minuten in der Warteschleife freundlich klarzustellen, dass ich wohl doch keine Bonuskarte verwendet hatte -> kein Ersatzbeleg möglich und somit keine Chance über den Hersteller was zu bekommen. Ein Versuch war‘s wert dachte ich etwas beschämt. Doch die Mitarbeiterin gab noch nicht auf und ging mit mir zur Filialleiterin - denn da muss sich doch was machen lassen. Diese meinte, dass sie es trotzdem beim Hersteller probieren wird und meldet sich dann bei mir.
1 Stunde später der Anruf bei mir: auch wenn der Hersteller den Umtausch nicht akzeptieren kann, BIPA ist gerne bereit meine elektrische Zahnbürste auszutauschen. Ich war von den Socken, fuhr bei nächster Gelegenheit zur Filiale und holte mir meine neue elektrische Zahnbürste.
Kundenservice bei dem meine Erwartungen mehrfach übertroffen wurden. Großes Kompliment und vielen Dank an die beiden Damen in der BIPA Filiale
In the middle of June I bought 2 electric toothbrushes for my 2 older children. After three weeks, the first broke :( Of course, I picked up no Kassabon.But anyway to the BIPA and tried my luck, because I had used the bonus card when buying - I thought at least .. The employee has called the same time at the hotline to several minutes in the waiting loop to clarify nicely that I probably had not used a bonus card -> no replacement document possible and thus no chance to get over the manufacturer what a try was worth it, I thought a little ashamed., But the employee did not give up yet and went with me to the branch manager - because there must be something to do.This meant that she will still try it at the manufacturer and then logs me.
1 hour later the call to me: even if the manufacturer can not accept the exchange, BIPA is willing to exchange my electric toothbrush. I was off socks, drove to the store at the next opportunity and got me my new electric toothbrush.
Customer service where my expectations were repeatedly exceeded. Big compliment and many thanks to the two ladies in the BIPA branch
