D	Daniela Zehrfuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich warte seit November auf die Lieferung eines 2mx1m,Spiegel! Anscheinend sind hier so viele inkompetente Speditionen und Personen damit beauftragt, dass der Spiegel leider auch bei der bereits 2ten Lieferung nicht heil ankommt, da er beim Tranport wieder einmal beschädigt wurde. Bei 3 erfolgten Bestellungen, wurde nach der ersten beschädigten Lieferung sogar vergessen bei erneutem Auftrag, den Spiegel zu bestellen. Dauerte natürlich auch wieder Wochen bis der Irrtum aufgefallen ist. Beim 3ten Auftrag dauert es über ein Monat bis er wieder beschädigt im österreichischen Lager ankam. Das war vor 2 Wochen, bis heute warte ich auf eine Benachrichtigung von Maisons du Monde über die nicht erfolgte Zustellung und Rückerstattung!!!!! Und das beste kommt noch, haben die auch noch die Frechheit nach einer Bewertung nachzufragen. Ich hab ihnen genau diesen Text gesendet, der natürlich nicht freigegeben wird, somit nutze ich jetzt hier diese Plattform. Also wenn ihr einen Spiegel bestellen wollt, bestellt ihn überall woanders nur nicht hier, denn er wird monatelang bis garnicht ankommen. I've been waiting for delivery of a 2mx1m mirror since November! Apparently there are so many incompetent forwarding agents and people here that the mirror unfortunately does not arrive safely even with the 2nd delivery, as it was once again damaged during transport. With 3 orders, after the first damaged delivery, the mirror was even forgotten to be ordered when ordering again. Of course, it took weeks again before the error was noticed. With the 3rd order it took more than a month until it arrived damaged again in the Austrian warehouse. That was 2 weeks ago, until today I'm waiting for a notification from Maisons du Monde about the non-delivery and refund!!!!! And the best is yet to come, they have the nerve to ask for a rating. I sent them exactly this text, which of course will not be released, so I'm using this platform here now. So if you want to order a mirror, don't order it anywhere else but here because it will not arrive for months or at all.
R	Robert Pammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hände weg von dieser Firma!!! Bitte nehmen Sie die Ein Stern Bewertungen der Kunden ernst, ich war auch ein Ungläubiger! Ich habe im MÄRZ zwei Kommoden bei dieser Firma gekauft. Bei einer war das Scharnier einer Türe ausgerissen. Kann ja passieren. Ein Austausch wurde Monat für Monat versprochen bis man mir im SEPTEMBER mitteilte, dass die Kommode nicht mehr hergestellt und geliefert wird. Jetzt gehts richtig los. Die Filiale putzt sich auf den Kundendienst und den inzwischen nicht mehr beschäftigten Filialleiter aus. Der Kundendienst redet sich auf höhere Instanzen aus! Ich muss selbst mit allen Instanzen, weil niemand mehr Verantwortung übernehmen will, korrespondieren. Wie wahrscheinlich schon angenommen, ergebnislos!!!! Weder eine neue Tür, noch einen Refund! Schlussstrich........Kommode um 857 Eur gekauft.......keine Reparatur..........kein Refund.........kein Service! Daher nochmal........Hände weg, außer man kauft sich Waschlappen oder ähnliches VOR ORT!!! Hands off this company! Please take the customer's one star ratings seriously, i was an unbeliever too! I bought two dressers from this company in MARCH. One of them had the hinge of a door torn off. It can happen. An exchange was promised month after month until I was informed in SEPTEMBER that the chest of drawers was no longer manufactured and delivered. Now things really start. The branch is dressing up for customer service and the branch manager who is no longer employed. The customer service speaks out to higher authorities! I myself have to correspond with all instances because nobody wants to take on responsibility anymore. As probably already assumed, inconclusive !!!! Neither a new door nor a refund! Closing line ........ Chest of drawers bought for 857 Eur ....... no repairs .......... no refund ......... no service! So again ... Hands off, unless you buy washcloths or something like that ON SITE !!!

Ich habe über ein Jahr auf meine Rückerstattung gewartet (2000 Euro), habe über 60 Telefonate geführt und erst nachdem ich den Konsumentenschutz eingeschaltet habe, mein Geld bekommen. Den Konsumentenschutz musste ich natürlich selber zahlen (130 Euro) Vor Ort wird man auch nicht gut behandelt. Mir wurde eine schmutzige Lampe verkauft, nach meiner Frage ob sie mir einen Rabatt geben könnten weil die Lampe ja offensichtlich dreckig ist und ein Ausstellungsstück ist hat mir die Geschäftsführerin gesagt dass ich die Lampe doch nur putzen müsste, eine absolute Frechheit! I would advise everyone not to buy anything here! I waited over a year for my refund (2000 euros), made over 60 phone calls and only got my money after I turned on consumer protection. Of course, I had to pay for consumer protection myself (130 euros) They don't treat you well there either. I was sold a dirty lamp, after I asked if they could give me a discount because the lamp is obviously dirty and is an exhibit, the manager told me that I only had to clean the lamp, an absolute cheek!

Since then, I call the customer service weekly to get the reinburstment of my money because Maison du mond did not give it back. However the customer service is awful! they hang up the phone or passes the call to several assistants that do not solve anything so I have to keep calling because it is the only thing possible. They do not send any emails to inform about the progress. So far they have stole my money. I hope to get it back someday.Horrible quality and horrible service!!!!Do not buy anything there!!!!!
