★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Leiner Filiale ist eine reine Enttäuschung.
Mitarbeiter sind kaum vorhanden, sodass man ewig auf eine doch eher enttäuschende Beratung wartet. Ich war früher oft Kundin in dieser Filiale aber mittlerweile bekommt man stark zu spüren, dass die Mitarbeiter ausgehen und die frühere gute Leistung sehr nachlässt.
 This Leiner branch is a pure disappointment.
There are hardly any employees, so you wait forever for a rather disappointing advice. I used to be a frequent customer in this branch, but now you get the feeling that the employees are going out and that the previous good performance is declining.

nicht beachtet kein wir sind für sie gleich da.
Wir warten 45 min und es kommt keiner
Ich habe meine Küche von euch und war sehr zufrieden.
Leider werde ich nicht mehr beim Leiner einkaufen.....
We were at the Leiner on January 12th, 2022 and are very dissatisfied.

We wait 45 minutes and nobody comes
I got my kitchen from you and was very satisfied.
Unfortunately I will no longer shop at Leiner.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Küche im Oktober bestellt und mir wurde als Liefertermin Jänner zugesagt. Dann gab es eine Verzögerung nach der anderen und jetzt sind wir im April, also dann über 6 Monate nach Auftragserteilung!!! Noch dazu wurde mir die letzte Verzögerung noch nicht einmal mehr vom Verkäufer mitgeteilt, sondern von der Bank (die hat uns geschrieben, dass sie erst später mit den Abbuchungen beginnen, weil der Liefertermin irgendwo in den April verschoben wurde). Hätte ich vorher gewusst was da auf mich mit ständigem Stress seit Monaten auf mich zukommt, hätte ich da nie bestellt. Bei einem anderen Möbelhaus bin ich billiger und fast alles ist lagernd ....
I ordered a kitchen in October and was promised January delivery. Then there was one delay after another and now we are in April, so then more than 6 months after placing the order!!! On top of that, I wasn't even informed of the last delay by the seller, but by the bank (they wrote to us that they were only starting to debit later because the delivery date had been pushed back somewhere in April). If I had known beforehand what I was facing with the constant stress for months, I would never have ordered there. I'm cheaper at another furniture store and almost everything is in stock ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren frühstücken mit den Kindern und der kleine Spielplatz für Kinder ist geschlossen. Kann man nicht nachvollziehen, weil in ganz Österreich die indoor Spielplätze offen sind. Echt traurig, dass den Kindern immer die Freunde genommen wegen dem ganzen corona Wahnsinn. Es sind kaum Kinder hier beim Frühstück- unsere Kinder hätten somit alleine drinnen spielen können aber nach Nachfrage wurde nur kurz gesagt - geht nicht - man kann nix machen. Schade, kommen nicht mehr
Were having breakfast with the children and the small playground for children is closed. Can't understand it, because the indoor playgrounds are open all over Austria. Really sad that the children always took their friends because of all the corona madness. There are hardly any children here at breakfast - our children could have played inside by themselves, but after asking they only said briefly - it's not possible - you can't do anything. Too bad we won't come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems very large but we had the feeling that their shop in the center in some aspects have more choices. I do not know if it is true. The restaurant is not really good but otherwise a comfortable shop with lots of parking.

I would never recommend to buy online from Leiner, I did and the deliverz time is 15 weeks informed onlz after the order is placed and paid! For couple of pan and kitchen stuff I have to wait 4 months to be delivered, this is unbelievable! I wrote them several times, they ensured me that I will receive the order soon...other month gone
Totally unprofessional services, they don’t care about customers at all
Totally NOT recommended, the worse experience ever
