★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Geschenksideen die sicherlich gut ankommen. Wenn die Verkäufer nun etwas freundlicher wären und etwas lächeln würden, wäre es fast perfekt......und entweder gibt man jedem Kunden eine Gratisprobe oder keinem...kleiner Tipp!
Very nice gift ideas that will certainly go down well. If the sellers were a little friendlier and smiled a little, it would be almost perfect ...... and either give each customer a free sample or none ... little tip!

Der Service im Geschäft ist für dafür nicht passend!
Das Geschäft war leer, aber eine Beratung oder Nachfrage erfolgte nicht.
Wie schon von anderen Kunden beschrieben, ein Lächeln wird wohl nur sehr teuren Einkäufern gewährt.
Sehr fraglich ist die Verpackung der Teebeutel.
Warum wird hierfür keine Papierverpackung wie bei anderen Herstellern verwendet???
Eine Rabattkarte gilt erst ab 5,00 € Einkaufswert.
Bei Einzelpreisen von 4,00 - 4,90 € pro Teesorte soll das ein wirkliches Kunden-Bindungsmittel sein?
The tea tastes good, however, is clearly in the upper price segment.
The service in the store is not suitable for that!
The shop was empty, but no advice or inquiry followed.
As already described by other customers, a smile is only granted to very expensive buyers.
The packaging of the tea bags is very questionable.
Why is no paper packaging used for this as is the case with other manufacturers ???
A discount card is only valid for purchases of € 5.00 or more.
With individual prices of € 4.00 - 4.90 per type of tea, should that be a real means of customer loyalty?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neu umgebaut 8/2018. Oben neben Dorotheum , nahe Ikea. Mutige probieren den rauchigen Lapsang Souchong. Vielarbeitende Bio Japan Macha Pulver. Indien Träumer den Bio Indian Chai , Großauswahl an Grüntees, reichlich weiße Tee s, oder eben andere der rund 300 Sorten.
Hohe konstante Qualität zu moderaten Preisen.
Newly remodeled 8/2018. Upstairs next to Dorotheum, near Ikea. The brave try the smoky Lapsang Souchong. Hard working organic Japan Macha powder. India dreamers the organic Indian Chai, large selection of green teas, plenty of white teas, or other of the around 300 varieties.
Constant high quality at moderate prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der junge Mann hinter der Theke könnte freundlicher sein und zumindest versuchen dem Kunden nicht das Gefühl zu vermitteln, dass man ihn gerade bei seinem Handyspiel/-kommunikation stört. Ich gehe dort sicher nie wieder hin.
The young man behind the counter could be more friendly and at least try not to give the customer the feeling that he is being disturbed while he is playing / communicating on his mobile phone. I will certainly never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here earlier today to pick out a gift for a friend in the hospital.
I really appreciated that the cashier let me shop instead of asking me a ton of questions as soon as I walked in.. that always makes me feel pressured to buy something. He also spoke English, so I was able to have all of my questions answered. This inclined me to spend more money and time in the shop because I actually felt comfortable enough to stay in the store long enough to see everything there.
It was really refreshing compared to other European tea shops I’ve been to, many of the salespeople are much older and unfortunately do not speak enough English to give me confidence in my purchase.
I’ll definitely be returning to pick up more gifts throughout the year and to try some of the teas for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behind-counter-woman was a bit 'reserved' after the first few basic questions from a coffee drinker..... but when she noticed, I was serious, she warmed up and was REALLY helpful and informative.
Got the two recommended teas and a very nice pot. Very happy with my purchase!
And: will definitely come came for more!
