Vor 1,5 Monaten ein Sofa zurückgeschickt, bis heute keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erhalten. Kundenservice faktisch NICHT EXISTENT. Wird wohl im Rechtsstreit enden müssen..

Furniture is ok

Good variety. Kinda pricey. €€€. Almost everything needs to be ordered and you have to wait a couple of weeks.

DON´T BUY KARE IN AUSTRIA! The unprofessional of KARE Design in Austria is unprecedented example of unethical business behavior and worst possible amateurism. I have ordered 8 pieces of Furniture (a table, 3 velvet chairs, a bank and a coffee table) on November 9th 2018, and was informed that i can expect the delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. In December, I was informed that the delivery will be postponed to January, "because of the Christmastime", like the Christmastime is some unexpected event that can affect their business and the speed of production. They told me in January that the table can be expected only in late February, and offered to give us the table from the store, with the rest of "new" furniture pieces that we ordered, to use it, "until the table is ready". We liked the furniture a lot and decided to accept this offer. We accepted that offer in January, and the furniture is, after several delays from the store´s side, delivered on February 7 2019, 3 months after the order. When it finally arrived, 3 months later, ALL 3 VELVET CHAIRS WERE SERIOUSLY DAMAGED AND IT WAS CLEAR THAT THEY WERE USED BEFORE! THEY GAVE US THE EXHIBIT ITEMS FROM THE STORE, EVEN THOUGH WE PAYED FOR THE NEW FURNITURE! We did not even unpack the rest of the stuff, we will return everything tomorrow and WE EXPECT FULL REPAYMENT We will also inform AK Austria about this serious breach of our rights as consumers, to explore our legal options against this company, since we can, after this negative experience, expect only the worse!

Very interesting items if you like that kind of "special" stuff. Very expensive. Very friendly staff.
