Es ist schön, dass in diesem Einkaufszentrum der gleiche professionelle Service geboten wird wie am Stephansplatz in Wien. Man fühlt sich als Kunde wirklich sehr gut betreut - und zwar unabhängig davon, ob man ein sehr teures oder eher preiswerteres Stück kaufen möchte. Ein sehr kompetentes und engagiertes Team. Branch of a renowned jeweler in the SCS. It is nice that the same professional service is offered in this shopping center as on Stephansplatz in Vienna. As a customer, you really feel well looked after - regardless of whether you want to buy a very expensive or a cheaper piece. A very competent and committed team.

Die Dame war nicht nur kompetent und freundlich, sondern stellte sich auch voll und ganz auf meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen ein. Sie ließ mir Zeit zum Überlegen und ich bekam sogar einen Tasse Kaffee. Der Service ist null zu beanstanden und war der Uhrenumtausch ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis. Ich hab jetzt eine wunderschöne Tissot Uhr und bin 100% glücklich damit. Den Juwelier und speziell Frau Ranner kann ich daher wärmstens empfehlen! I was there yesterday because I wanted to exchange my watch and was served by Jasmin Ranner. The lady was not only competent and friendly, but also fully adapted to my wishes and ideas. She gave me time to think and even got a cup of coffee. The service is nothing to complain about and the watch exchange was a really nice experience. I now have a beautiful Tissot watch and I am 100% happy with it. I can therefore warmly recommend the jeweler and especially Ms. Ranner!

War auf Grund einer Empfehlung eines Freundes beim Ellert in der SCS und bin sehr begeistert. Herr Julian Fleischer war sehr bemüht, was am derzeit etwas überhitzten Uhrenmarkt leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Er ist nicht nur ein guter Verkäufer, was nebensächlich ist da ich genau weiß was ich will, sondern hat wirklich Ahnung von der Materie und hat auch selbst ein paar schöne Stücke. Immer wieder schön mit einem Gleichgesinnten bei einem Kaffee zu plaudern, umso schöner wenn dabei für beide Seiten ein gutes Geschäft zustande kommt. Immer weiter so und bis demnächst. Vielen Dank. I don't usually write reviews, I'm happy to make an exception here. Went to Ellert in the SCS based on a friend's recommendation and I'm very impressed. Mr. Julian Fleischer tried very hard, which is unfortunately no longer a matter of course in the currently somewhat overheated watch market. Not only is he a good salesman, which is irrelevant since I know exactly what I want, but he really knows the subject matter and also has a few nice pieces himself. It's always nice to chat with a like-minded person over a coffee, all the better when a good deal comes about for both sides. Keep it up and see you soon. Many Thanks.
