Im Oktober bin ich per eingeschriebenem Brief von meinem Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten, gleichzeitig forderte ich den Kaufpreis zurück. Keine Reaktion, kein Geld. Nachfrist ebenfalls reaktions- und geldlos verstrichen. Also alles meinem Anwalt übergeben. Auch auf seine Post keine Reaktion von Interio. Also müssen wir die Hilfe der Gerichte in Anspruch nehmen, Klage läuft. Hoffentlich bekomme ich das Geld zurück, bevor die Bude endgültig zusperrt. ordered a box in February 2019 paid. Auch nach Rücktritt vor 2 Monaten haben wir immer noch nicht unser Geld erhalten, obwohl es schon 2x zugesagt wurde. Auch der Konsumentenschutz ist eingeschaltet. Echt ärgerlich! Wir werden nichts mehr bei interio kaufen! We have been waiting for our paid wardrobe for almost 10 months. Even after we resigned two months ago, we still did not receive our money, although it was already promised twice. Consumer protection is also activated. Really annoying! We will no longer buy anything from interio!

Jetzt haben wir zu Hause keinen Sessel und einen anderen zu kaufen wäre ein Wahnsinn, da der andere bereits bezahlt ist. Update März 2021: Sessel wurde endlich geliefert. Haben also ein halbes Jahr (!) gewartet. Waiting for an ordered chair since September. The first delivery date could not be met. Until today no information about the delivery date. Now we don't have an armchair at home and buying another one would be madness as the other one has already been paid for. Update March 2021: The armchair was finally delivered. So we waited half a year (!).

Habe bis jetzt nur Kleinigkeiten gekauft die nicht geliefert werden mussten und da hat alles gepasst. Nice furniture and special accessories. Was very surprised that Interio Kartell does things - at great prices. So far I've only bought small things that didn't have to be delivered and everything was fine.

The manager is always "sick" and not able to answer the phone. This behavior is absolutely hideous. I am trying to file a legal complaint.
