Fantastic store with a lot of great perfumes. They also sell The Ordinary & NIOD products, which are of very high quality and a low price. Service is there for you if you need any help. Very friendly, which is rare in Vienna.

I've made a few purchases at kussmund, mostly perfumes. They have a good selection of niche perfumes that are harder to get elsewhere in Vienna. Recently a friend of mine and I paid a visit to Kussmund hoping to find a nice spring fragrance. We were browsing for few minutes, checked out a few fragrances. It was just one of those relaxing shopping days. Unfortunately a sales assistant from Kussmund decided to ruin our shoping experience with her incredibly rude behaviour. After few minutes of browsing i ask my friend if he's done or he still wanted to smell something, at which point the rude sales assistant who wasn't even a part of the conversation tastesly interupts : " No! You are going to leave the store. I've told you it's only possible to smell 3 perfumes. You can come back later after your noses have recuperated." then she proceeded to throw us out.It is worth mentioning that we were not going around the store and spraying a lot of perfumes.i have no idea what this lady was thinking.My friend was actually about to purchase one of Neandertal perfume, but decided not to do so after the rude treatment we received. I have never been treated like this by anyone, let alone a business. I' was pretty much left speechless. I don't plan to support this business in the future. All the perfumes they are selling i can get elsewhere and without someone being rude to me. Some people really have no manners.

The best service you can get! Very professional people selling perfumes, personalized service, super nice people working there. I bought 3 times perfumes in this shop and always got amazing service. I can only recommend you to visit Kussmund!
