★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beraterin war nett und hilfsbereit. Aber ich war verärgert, da meine Kündigung unter ging und weiter abgebucht wurde. Da kann die Dame vor Ort nichts dafür. Naja, hoffe das wird schnell geregelt und mein Geld wieder retourniert.
The counselor was nice and helpful. But I was upset because my termination went under and was still being charged. The lady on site cannot help it. Well, I hope that will be settled quickly and my money returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte Hilfe, nachdem ich ein neues Handy gekauft habe und bei der Datenübertragung en nicht ganz zurechtgekommen bin. Würde dann nur äußerst unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich zur Handy Börse gehen sollte. Bin echt von der Unfreundlichkeit enttäuscht.
Wanted help after buying a new phone and not quite getting on with the data transfers. Was then only extremely rudely pointed out that I should go to the mobile phone exchange. I'm really disappointed by the unfriendliness.
