★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparaturservice, Nix der gleichen, ist nur ein Zwischenhändler der die Geräte weiterschickt, jeder andere Handyshop hat mehr an "vor Ort" Serviceleistungen zu bieten. Hat nicht einmal Ersatzakkus oder Klebestreifen auf Lager oder zum Verkauf. Nein Danke, Nie wieder!
 Repair service, nothing like the same, is just a middleman who sends the devices on, every other mobile phone shop has more "on-site" services to offer. Doesn't even have spare batteries or tape in stock or for sale. No thanks, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 14 times on Fri Jul 30 to check on the status of an online order. Spent 2 hours on hold, after each call it would then hang up. Took a gamble and drove the 40 mins to Klagenfurt. Arrived at the store expecting to see it was crowded and that's why nobody was answering the phone. But there was just one customer, and two staff.
Answer your phone please. Big waste of my time calling you and sitting on hold. Be better.

Jennie could have said no I cannot help you and sent me in my way!!!! However she didn’t and then her colleague BERNARD patiently, confidentially and proactive found the relevant information to a successful return of contacts, what’s app and pictures - AMAZING???.
