Zuhause als ich das Produkt verwenden wollte habe ich aufgrund der Farbe festgestellt das mir die Dame das falsche mit gegeben hatte. Darauf hin wollte ich es umtauschen, da es noch dazu nicht meine Schuld war und würde aber wieder weg geschickt ( SIE TAUSCHEN ES NICHT UM) und nun sitz ich auf dem Geld und den produkt fest für den Fehler der Mitarbeiterin! Danke NIE WIEDER!
I went to the ladies with my empty packaging to get the same product (almost 50 euros) again. At home, when I wanted to use the product, I realized that the lady had given me the wrong one because of the color. Then I wanted to exchange it, because it was not my fault and was sent away again (YOU DO NOT EXCHANGE IT) and now I'm sitting on the money and the product for the mistake of the employee! Thanks NEVER AGAIN!
