★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal war nett, mir konnte mit meinem Problem nicht geholfen werden. Leider ist anscheinend A1 nicht gleich A1 weil sich niemand für das Problem zuständig fühlt. Bin sehr enttäuscht von Service und vorallem vom telefonischen Support. Werde meine Verträge bei nächster Gelegenheit kündigen da ich sehr unzufrieden bin. War jahrelang Kunde aber so was geht gar nicht.
 Staff was nice, I couldn't be helped with my problem. Unfortunately, A1 is apparently not the same as A1 because nobody feels responsible for the problem. I am very disappointed with the service and especially with the telephone support. Will terminate my contracts at the next opportunity because I am very dissatisfied. Was a customer for years but that's not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein SUPERTEAM bei A1 Südpark-BRAVO! - CITY ARKADEN A1 Personal überheblich- hatte zeitweise Netzwerk Probleme wurde nicht behoben.Ein Angestellter sagte geht eh,wurde auch nicht versucht den Fehler zu suchen. A1 Südpark wurde der Fehler in einer halben Stunde behoben- nochmals DANKE !!!!
A SUPERTEAM at A1 Südpark-BRAVO! - CITY ARKADEN A1 staff arrogant- network problems were not fixed at times. A1 Südpark, the error was corrected in half an hour - THANK YOU again !!!!
