T	Thekla Payer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine neue Gleitsichtbrille, wieder von Hartlauer in Klagenfurt. Ausgezeichnete kompetente Beratung, freundlich, nahm sich Zeit. Viele Modelle versucht, bis wir beide zufrieden waren. Dann die neue Technik, Staunen, wie aufwändig es ist, die Gläser korrekt anzupassen. Und beim Abholen ca. eine Woche später zufällig dieselbe Optikerin, das hat mich gefreut. Brille aufgesetzt, passt, ich sehe wieder sehr gut, benötige meine (alte) Lesebrille nicht mehr. Meine Nachbarinnen haben bestätigt, dass die Brille genau zu mir passt. Ein großes Lob und herzlichen Dank an Frau Kassler-Schönenberger! New varifocals, again from Hartlauer in Klagenfurt. Excellent competent advice, friendly, took my time. Tried many models until we were both satisfied. Then the new technology, amazement at how difficult it is to adjust the lenses correctly. And when I picked it up about a week later, the same optician happened to be, that made me happy. Put on glasses, fit, I can see very well again, no longer need my (old) reading glasses. My neighbors have confirmed that the glasses fit me exactly. Kudos and many thanks to Ms. Kassler-Schönenberger!

Angefangen vom Sehtest, der Vermessung der Glasstärke bis hin zur Beratung bezüglich einer für mich passenden Brille- einfach TOP!!!!! Herr Dujak hat viel Zeit und Geduld aufgebracht um mich optimal zu betreuen. Schlussendlich ging ich mehr als zufrieden und mit Vorfreude auf meine erste Brille aus dem Hartlauer-Geschäft. Vielen Dank dafür!!!!! I would like to mention the extraordinarily competent work of Mr. Dujak Christian. Starting with the eye test, the measurement of the glass strength and advice on the right glasses for me - simply TOP!!!!! Mr. Dujak spent a lot of time and patience to look after me optimally. In the end I left more than satisfied and looking forward to my first pair of glasses from the Hartlauer store. Thanks a lot for this!!!!!

Ich würde (nicht nur, wenn es um ein Telefon für eine ältere Person geht) nie mehr woanders hingehn! Bought a cell phone for my father. The service was sensational! Everything explained perfectly and in detail. Telephone completely set up. I would never go anywhere else (not only when it comes to a phone for an elderly person)!

Und es war nirgends ersichtlich auch nicht auf einem angeblichen Plakat vor dem Geschäft.(Habe das fotografiert). Da ich selber in der Arbeit FFP2 tragen muss geht es mir nicht um die Maske an sich sondern um die Art Kunden zu behandeln. Und nein ich weiß nicht welche Geschäfte in der Verordnung stehen oder nicht das sollte am Eingang ersichtlich sein. Wer auch morgen noch Kunden haben will sollte sich die Art überlegen wie man auf etwas aufmerksam macht. Und zwischendurch auch mal ohne Maske durchzuatmen das würde so Manchem helfen sich zu entspannen. It has come a long way when a mask comes up instead of a hello. And it was nowhere to be seen, not even on an alleged poster in front of the shop. (I took a picture of it). Since I have to wear FFP2 myself at work, I'm not concerned with the mask itself but with the way customers are treated. And no, I don't know which shops are in the regulation or not, that should be visible at the entrance. If you still want to have customers tomorrow, you should think about the way you draw attention to something. And in between breathing deeply without a mask that would help some people to relax.

Sie hat sich u.a. auch die Zeit genommen die Verschreibung der Augenärztin genau zu überprüfen und in Abstimmung mit meinen Wünschen zu korrigieren. Jetzt habe ich die perfekte Brille ?und noch eine zusätzliche, weil es eine so große Auswahl gab. Auch meine Hunde fühlen sich in der entspannten Atmosphäre wohl. - Vielen Dank! Quality, performance and price are right here. The friendly and very competent optician who advised me on the purchase of glasses deserves the highest praise.
