Very unfriendly staff, no help or sympathy with questions about the coin machine. If we had any questions, we were served from the back room, if at all.

Mein Handy Display war kaputt und ich wollte genau das Handy reparieren, der tätowierten Typ uberredete mir ein Handy zu nehmen anstatt mein Handy zu reparieren lassen. Die Vereinbarung war er wird alle Daten abspielen auf das neue second hand Handy nach eine halbe Stunde. Er hat es gar nicht geschafft und fing an so frech mit mir zu sprechen. Er braucht etwas mehr Bildung! Die Kundschaften kommen in dem Geschäft um Leistung zu bekommen und damit ist es ein win-win, nicht das Geld abzocken von Kundschaften ohne Leistung zu bringen. Es ist auch OK zu sagen wir können das nicht reparieren anstatt die Kundschaften zu frustrieren. Ich dachte wir unterstützen junge Unternehmen indem wir zu ihnen für Dienstleistungen zuerst gehen aber bei Handbörse Südpark es ist nicht der Fall. Ich bin unzufrieden. Incompetent, dishonest, cheeky and not customer oriented just wanting to rip off money with no service. My cell phone screen was broken and I wanted to fix the cell phone exactly, the tattooed guy persuaded me to take a cell phone instead of having my cell phone fixed. The agreement was that he will play all the data on the new second-hand mobile phone after half an hour. He didn't even make it and started talking to me so cheekily. He needs a little more education! Customers come to the store to get service, so it's a win-win not to rip off money from customers without service. It's also OK to say we can't fix this instead of frustrating customers. I thought we support young companies by going to them for services first but at Handbörse Südpark it is not the case. I am dissatisfied.
2	2303chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy zum Display Tausch gegeben ,200 Euro bezahlt und nun funktioniert das Handy nicht mehr Ordnungsgemäß. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde mir gesagt das es nicht der Fehler von Ihnen sei ,das Handy hat vor der Reparatur einwandfrei funktioniert !!!! Unfreundliches Personal sondergleichen ,da kommt man sich als Kunde direkt Schuldig vor wenn man diesen Inkompetenten Herren was fragen möchte . Nie mehr gehe ich da hin . Alles Meinem Anwalt übergeben, denn mit dieser Art und Weise mit Kunden umzugehen ist eine schiere Frechheit I gave my phone to the display exchange, paid 200 euros and now the phone no longer works properly. k	kerstin striednig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG!!! Ich sehe es in meiner Pflicht jeden zu warnen der hier etwas reparieren lassen möchte. Erstens sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Ausserdem wurde anstatt einem Original Display ein Nachbau verwendet und dieses Nachbau Display wurde komplett überteuert mit € 250,00 verrechnet. Der Einbau war dermaßen schlecht, dass das Display nach kurzer Zeit heraus fiel. Bei der Reklamation war der Herr vor Ort wie erwartet wieder sehr unfreundlich und er unterstellte uns, dass wir das Display selbst herausgerissen haben. ATTENTION!!! I see it as my duty to warn anyone who wants to have something repaired here. Firstly very rude and incompetent. In addition, instead of an original display, a replica was used and this replica display was completely overpriced at € 250.00. The installation was so bad that the display fell out after a short time. Draufgeklebt hat der Verkäufer eine viel zu kleine Folie, die, wie er behauptete eh passend wäre und abgesehen davon, hat er mir eingeredet, dass sich die eingeschlossenen Luftblasen legen würden... Fehlanzeige ? Very incompetent and rude!!! I wanted a new, suitable tempered glass film for my cell phone. The seller stuck a much too small film on it, which he claimed would fit anyway and apart from that, he persuaded me that the trapped air bubbles would settle... None ?
