★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hinterlasse selten Rezensionen, aber in dem Fall muss es sein. Ich gehe immer wieder dort rein, habe schon mehrere Räder dort gekauft und lasse auch Service und Reparaturen erledigen. Mir wurde immer kompetent weitergeholfen und ich werde auch weiterhin treuer Kunde bleiben. Reparatur am selben Tag, wo andere 2 Wochen Zeit dafür brauchen. Ein Kunde auf Lebenszeit!
 I rarely leave reviews, but I have to. I keep going back there, have bought several bikes there and also have service and repairs done. I was always given competent help and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Same day repairs that others need 2 weeks to do. A customer for life!

I brought my racing bike to change the shift cable and adjust the gears. After 2 days it was done, everything was done perfectly, great price?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my bike to Carlavelorep to do Service which costs 50.40 cents. and my bike had back tire problem they said its included in Service and also cleaning the bike is including service, but as i pick the bike they had nothing to bike , the back tire was not fixed as well they said its not possible.
I ordered new one, but after a week i went to take my bike, they took over 30 Euro and fixed my old tire, they just wanted to make money and sell their parts.
Worst bike service ever, never again.
I recommend for the international students who are new, to not fix your bike here.
They just try to sell parts, even its not needed to be change.
I am not happy about Service, plus how they try to fool people who trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very good and was a friendly environment. What I’m quite unhappy about is that they charged for 7 euros for adjusting the position of my handle and tightening my brakes, literally just some unscrewing and screwing… I think it’s overpriced, or maybe I’m just asking too much
