Nachdem zu Beginn nicht klar war, wann mein gewünschtes Modell lieferbar sein wird, wurde mir ein Modell in einer anderen Farbe angeboten, damit ich nicht auf das gewünschte Modell warten muss. Innerhalb weniger Tage war dann aber mein Modell lieferbar und es wurde sofort persönlich ausgeliefert - sogar nach Wiener Neustadt (über eine halbe Autostunde vom Geschäft entfernt). Außerdem wurde immer nachgefragt ob ich Hilfe und Unterstützung bei meinem neuen Plattenspieler benötige. Beste Qualität, bestes Service und freundliche Personen - ich werde diesen Shop mit Sicherheit Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen! At mo sound, service really comes first. I bought a Pro-Ject turntable from the mo sound online store. After it wasn't clear at the beginning when my desired model would be available, I was offered a model in a different color so that I don't have to wait for the desired model. But within a few days my model was available and it was immediately delivered personally - even to Wiener Neustadt (over half an hour's drive from the shop). In addition, they always asked if I needed help and support with my new turntable. Best quality, best service and friendly people - I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and acquaintances!

Ich musste zwar ein paar Tage warten, weil das Dustcover nicht vorrätig war, aber ich wurde sehr freundlich und umgehend darüber informiert. Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern via Mail war professionell und schnell. Mo Sound ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. I ordered the TONE turntable green and I am very satisfied. The device came to Germany with Hermes from Austria and was securely packaged. I had to wait a few days because the dust cover was out of stock, but I was informed very friendly and promptly. Contact with the employees via email was professional and quick. Mo Sound is definitely to be recommended.
