★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetente, freundliche und ehrliche Beratung, ein Geschäft, wo man einem das Geld nicht aus der Tasche ziehen will. Ich hatte mir diverse Marken vorgemerkt und wollte diesbezüglich eine Beratung haben - stattdessen wurde mir etwas anderes geraten und gleich vorgeführt, für wesentlich weniger Geld, als was ich eigentlich geplant hatte und ausgeben wollte. Nach kurzer Bedenkzeit habe ich das empfohlene Gerät gekauft - und keine Sekunde bereut. TOP!
 Competent, friendly and honest advice, a business where you don't want to pull the money out of your pocket. I had reserved various brands and wanted advice on this - instead, I was advised to do something different and presented immediately, for a lot less money than what I had actually planned and wanted to spend. After a brief thought, I bought the recommended device - and haven't regretted it for a second. TOP!

Anstatt mich durch zahllose Onlineshops zu quälen, habe ich Raum-Akustik ein Mail mit meinen Wünschen an einen neuen Plattenspieler geschickt. Herr Wölfl hat eine wunderbare Wahl für mich getroffen - danke! ...Und das Home-Office ist dank Musik in einwandfreier Tonqualität wieder etwas erträglicher.
During the lockdown, of all times, my turntable never did it. Instead of tormenting myself through countless online shops, I sent Raum-Akustik an email with my wishes for a new turntable. Mr. Wölfl made a wonderful choice for me - thank you! ... And the home office is a bit more bearable thanks to music in perfect sound quality.

I received excellent advice here. The offer is broad and very well sorted. The shop has great premises for previewing and the shop owner is accurate in choosing the right equipment for the customer's musical interests.

Mitarbeiter sind super kompetent - Habe für meinen alten Plattenspieler nur eine neue Nadel bestellt - als beim Einbau bemerkt wurde, dass die alte Kiste noch ein paar mehr Mängel haben sie mir den Plattenspieler komplett auseinander genommen und alles repariert was auf den ersten Blick auffiel. War extrem begeistert !! So ein Service ist heute nicht mehr in vielen Läden zu finden ist. Top!
Super friendly & great service !!
Staff are super competent - I only ordered a new needle for my old record player - when it was noticed during installation that the old box had a few more defects, they completely dismantled the record player and repaired everything that caught my eye. Was extremely enthusiastic! Such a service can no longer be found in many shops today. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly there's a need in this shop to have fight with customers. Since I can't reply to their reply, I'll leave another feedback: First thing, the 3m long cable (not 6 as those incompetents stated) does not have to produce buzz. It does not. Full stop. Lear a bit about acoustics - you may find it helpful! Second, no, they did not give me the shorter cable I've ordered initially. They didn't - full stop. They kept it. I warned them that this level of service is unacceptable, and I'm going to leave negative feedback - the only thing I could do. Do you think they cared? So whole explanation is about escalating the conflict with the client. It is interesting how those people make business trying to make customers look like fools, and covering their incompetence with imaginary stories. Rude and incompetent. Definitely not recommended.
